皮带头,将面板与皮带头的基座铰接相连,使皮面板能左右翻转,且在面板的另一端的孔中安置一滑动式卡头,使穿皮带时,卡头能伸展到不同的皮带孔中,延长了使用寿命。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种改进的皮带头。
目前，人们使用的皮带头是用来固定裤子和装饰，由于人的腰围一般在一定时期内变化不大，所以使用的皮带孔也只有一两个最为常用，这样时间一长，皮带孔的磨损特别大，变形特别厉害，由于皮带孔损坏而造成皮带不能使用，使用寿命短，另外皮带头的图案单一。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种使皮带使用寿命提高一倍，且有两种装饰图案的皮带头。
本使用新型的目的是这样实现的：
一种皮带头，包括有基座，所述的基座包括有两侧板和将两侧板连成一体的平板，平板下侧两侧板间铰接安置有带齿的用来固定皮带端头的压板，在平板上侧两侧板间铰接安置面板，面板的另一端部开有孔，孔内安置有滑动式卡头。
本实用新型与现有技术相比具有如下优点：将面板与基座铰接相连，且面板上的卡头是装在面板上的，故面板可以左右翻转，从而可以卡在不同的皮带孔上，从而至少使因皮带孔损坏而造成皮带不能使用的皮带寿命提高一倍；另外，将面板的正反两面制作成不同的图案，又使皮带更加美观新颖。

参照附图1、2所示：一种皮带头，包括有一类似工字状的基座5，所述的基座5包括有两侧板5-1，用平板5-2相连。平板5-2下侧的两侧板5-1间铰接安置有压板4，铰接处的压板4上侧带有齿6，利用压板4上的齿6与平板5-2固定皮带3的一端头，在平板5-2上的两侧板间铰接安置有面板2，面板2的另一端部开有孔，孔内安置有卡头1，卡头1能在孔内上下移动，但不能滑出孔外。利用面板2能左右翻转和滑动式卡头1，使系皮带时，卡头1能伸展到不同的皮带孔中，延长了皮带的使用寿命。如果在面板2的正反面上设计不同的图案，又增加了皮带的装饰效果。

1．一种皮带头，包括有基座(5)，所述的基座(5)包括有两侧板(5-1)和将两侧板(5-1)连成一体的平板(5-2)，平板(5-2)下侧两侧板(5-1)间铰接安置有带齿(6)的用来固定皮带端头的压板(4)，其特征在于：在平板(5-2)上侧两侧板(5-1)间铰接安置面板(2)，面板(2)的另一端部开有孔，孔内安置有滑动式卡头(1)。
