Abstract

可控承压式太阳能热水器,是在现行太阳能热水器装置中增加了一个承压式保温水箱,该水箱体安装在贮水箱与总出水口之间,并通过进水阀、排气阀、出水阀的有效控制,使用者大量持续用热水时,该水箱为承压式保温水箱,而当使用者断续少量用水时承压式保温水箱则起储水箱作用,总出水口随开随有,总有热水供给。减少了管道热损失,而且大大方便了使用者,弥补了现行太阳能热水器装置的不足。

可控承压式太阳能热水器
本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器，属于利用太阳能获取热水的装置。
太阳能热水器由于可充分利用太阳能源节省其它消费性能源而被广泛采用，并深受使用者欢迎，但是在使用过程中、发现它仍有美中不足之处。如：热水器在冬天使用时，裸露在外的管道中的热水很快就变冷，使用者在出水口候用热水时，先要放去管道中的冷水，才能等到贮水器中的热水，在不是持续使用而且用量又少的情况下，那么进入管道中的热水不断变冷，用热水时又要放管道中的冷水。这不仅是热量的损失，也给使用者带来诸多不便。
本实用新型提出的可控承压式太阳能热水器，可以解决上述问题，达到太阳能热水器管道出水口随开随有热水放出的目的。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的；在原太阳能热水器中增加一个承压式保温水箱，该水箱连接于贮水箱与总出水口之间。

由图可见，现行太阳能热水器主要由集热板(图中未表示)、贮水箱1、管道3、总出水口11组成，本实用新型新增加承压式保温水箱6，它与其它原部件的连接方式是：承压式保温水箱6的进水口5通过进水阀4与贮水箱1的出水口2连接，而它的下接口9与总出水口11之间安装有出水阀10，它的上接口8安装有排气阀7。
本实用新型的承压式保温水箱6的保温措施，一是采用保温材料作衬，二是采用电加热棒12作温度补偿，它可以挂放在使用者的洗浴室内，当有明媚阳光的白天，需要大量持续用水时打开进水阀4、关闭排气阀7、打开出水阀10，承压热水从贮水箱源源不断流出总出水口11。如遇冬季需断续少量用水，又可将承压式保温水箱作储热水箱使用，即热水放入承压式保温水箱、关闭进水阀4、打开排气阀7、开或关出水阀10、总出水口便可随时获得热水，随开随用，大大减少管道热水的浪费。
本实用新型达到了预期设计目的。

1、一种由集热管、贮水箱1、管道3、总出水口11等部件组成的可控承压式太阳能热水器，其特征在于它还包含有承压式保温水箱6，该水箱连接于贮水箱1与总出水口11之间。
2、根据权利要求1所述的可控承压式太阳能热水器，其特征在于承压式保温水箱6的进水口通过进水阀4与贮水箱1的出水口连接，它的下接口与总出水口11之间安装有出水阀10，它的上接口8安装有排气阀7。
