Abstract
一种能够低温防皱、去皱的低温去皱美容仪,它是在已有压缩机、冷凝器、过滤器、毛细管顺序连结后增加两段软橡胶管和蒸发器,一段软橡胶管和蒸发器输入端相连,一段软橡胶管和蒸发器输出端相连,而两端软橡胶管的另一端分别与毛细管和压缩机的低压供气管相连,这样可随意移动的蒸发器,直接作用于人体理疗部位,达到防皱、去皱美容。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种对面部进行低温理疗的美容装置，尤其可以增强面部肌肉的弹性，对防止脸部、眼角皱纹过早形成或已有皱纹具有消减作用的低温去皱美容仪。
目前，市面上已有的低温理疗设备构造是由压缩机、冷凝器、过滤器、毛细管、蒸发器、盐水槽、盐水输入管、盐水泵、盐水囊构成。由压缩机将制冷剂压缩至冷凝器，经过滤器和毛细管进入蒸发器，由蒸发器利用制冷剂将盐水槽中的盐水降温，降温后的盐水由盐水泵注入盐水囊中，再由盐水囊接触理疗部位进行低温理疗，但是这种设备不能进行面部防皱、去皱美容作用。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种低温去皱美容仪，它不仅能对人体各部位进行低温理疗，而且能方便地对面部进行防皱、去皱理疗。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：小型压缩机高压输出端与冷凝器一端通过铜管连接，接口处采用银钎焊，冷凝器的另一端与过滤器、毛细管顺序连接，毛细管另一端通过一高压软橡胶管与蒸发器的输入端相连接，毛细管与高压软橡胶管及蒸发器的连接处均采用螺纹喇叭口连接，蒸发器的输出端通过一段高压软橡胶管与压缩机的低压供气管相连接。其接口方式也采用罗纹喇叭口连接。当小型压缩机将制冷剂压缩成高温高压气体后送至冷凝器，将制冷剂冷凝成高压液体，然后制冷剂经过滤器和毛细管进入由软橡胶管连接的半球面型的蒸发器，使蒸发器表面温度可达到-5℃，制冷剂在蒸发器内蒸发吸热后变为过热蒸气后再经软橡胶管，通过低压供气管进入压缩机，在使用低温去皱美容仪时，可将蒸发器直接作用于人体面部，从而达到低温防皱、去皱的美容目的。
由于采用上述方案，可以灵活方便地对人体面部进行低温防皱、去皱美帘，由于蒸发器与其它部件连接采用的是软橡胶管，移动方便、灵活。

在图1中，压缩机(1)与冷凝器(2)过滤器(3)毛细管(4)用铜管顺序连接，接口处用银钎焊，毛细管(4)另一端与软橡胶管(5)的A端连接，软橡胶管(5)的B端与蒸发器(6)的输入端连接，蒸发器(6)采用Φ6MM镀铬紫铜管1.5米弯成螺旋状半球面蒸发器(6)，蒸发器(6)的输出端与软橡胶管(5)的D端连接，其C端与压缩机(1)通过低压供气管(7)相连接，软橡胶管(5)与其它部件连接时，其接口均采用螺纹喇叭口接头。在图1中，压缩机(1)为单相220V50HZ，工作电流1.1A的全封闭制冷压缩机，冷凝器(2)为铜管板结构，铜管是Φ6MM紫铜管，过滤器(3)由100#黄铜滤网组成，毛细管(4)规格为Φ3MM，长度12米到15米，AB段软橡胶连结管(5)，两端均为螺纹喇叭口接头，胶管内径Φ6MM，胶管耐压≥3Mpa，长1.5米，半球面型蒸发器为Φ6MM镀铬紫铜管，如图3、图4所示镀铬紫铜管长度为1.5米，弯成如图3所示，CD段橡胶管(5)与AB段相同，低压供气管(7)与压缩机连结管为Φ6MM紫铜管，其接口均采用银钎焊，制冷剂为R134a，注入量120g。
