人工对流式全交换锅炉
本实用新型涉及一种锅炉,特别是人工对流式全交换锅炉。
现有锅炉主要是利用其内部冷热水比重的差异产生循环,加热排管进气端安装在炉体的下部,高温气体由下部进入,上部排出;锅炉水则从上部进入,下部排出。主要受热部分在下部,下部受热的水向上,上部冷水因质重面向下产生对流,如此循环,直至全部沸腾。它的缺点是,内部对流混乱,人工无法控制,并且打乱了每滴水由冷向热逐渐转变的加热顺序,导致加热排管和水的热交换不充分,加热排管排出温度过高,带走一部分热量,同时,对加热排管进气温度要求较高,导致热能的利用效率降低,能源浪费较大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种热交换充分,热能利用效率在98%以上,节约能源的人工对流式全交换锅炉。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:人工对流式全交换锅炉,包括炉体、保温隔热层、炉胆、燃烧室、加热排管、水阀、气阀、压力表。其特点是加热排管的进气端和锅炉的出水管安装在炉体的上部,加热排管出气端和锅炉的进水管安装在炉体的下部,工作时加热排管热空气的注入和排气与锅炉水的注入和排出同时进行。
本实用新型的优点是:一、由于采用以上结构,炉内水不产生内部的对流,所有水滴由冷向热逐步转变,如此循环使加热有序,并且使加热排管的排气温度与进水温度基本一致,最大限度地利用了加热排管的热能,热交换率达98%以上;二、对加热排管的进气温度要求不高,一般可不超过20℃,而且进水温度的高低并不显著影响燃料消耗的数量,因而降低了消耗,节约了能源。

参照附图人工对流式全交换锅炉,炉体由外壳1、保温隔热层5和内胆9组成,加热排管3安装在锅炉内。加热排管进气端17置于炉体右上部,出气端18置于炉体右下部。锅炉的出水管阀4安装在炉体左上部,进水管阀2置于炉体的左下部。炉体的顶部安有安全阀7,蒸气阀8和压力表6。连接加热排管进端的燃烧室10安装在炉体右上部,燃烧室由鼓风机13、通风管15、油箱12、喷气嘴14、燃芯11组成,炉体外的排气管16伸出室外。
