本实用新型涉及一种光缆接头盒,包括相互层叠的上盖和光纤安放盘,其特征是在光纤安放盘的下方设置底盘,上盖、光纤安放盘和底盘间相互铰接,光纤安放盘上设置进线孔。本实用新型克服了普通提起式光纤安放盘安装维护困难,使用不方便的缺陷,使光缆接头的接续更为方便快捷,有利于安装、维护,具有结构简单紧凑、使用效果好的优点。

光缆接头盒
本实用新型涉及一种光缆接头盒。
光缆是我国通信行业的一种最先进的通信材料,对其接续接头的保护及光纤安放盘的结构至关重要。目前,我国光纤安放盘普遍采用提起式结构,这种固有结构,如需对下层光纤安效盘进行施工完毕后的的测试或在使用过程中出现光缆接头故障时,必须将上层已接续好的光纤安放盘搬开进行维护修理,这样,不仅会影响光缆接续效果,引起光缆折断或接头松动,同时,还会严重影响施工及通信质量。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的上述缺陷,从而提供一种安装维护方便,结构紧凑的光缆接头盒。
本实用新型包括相互层叠的上盖和光纤安放盘,光纤安放盘的下方设置底盘,上盖、光纤安放盘和底盘间相互铰接,光纤安放盘上设置进线孔。
以下结合附图及实施例进一步阐明本实用新型的具体内容。
图1是本实用新型的结构示意图;
图2是本实用新型中光纤安放盘的结构示意图;
图3是图2的A-A剖视图。
如图所示,本实用新型包括相互层叠的上盖1和光纤安放盘2,上盖1和光纤安放盘2相互铰接,光纤安放盘2的下方同时铰接底盘3,光缆安放盘2上设置进线孔4,盘面5上设有光纤定位块6。在使用状态下光缆进入底盘3后,从光缆安置盘2上的进线孔4进入光纤安放盘2,沿光纤安放盘2的盘臂环绕后,由光纤定位块6定位,完成接续工作。如需对某一层光缆安放盘2进行维护时,只要将光纤安放盘翻到该层即可。
本实用新型通过上述具体结构,使光缆接头的接续更为方便快捷,有利于安装、维护,具有结构简单紧凑、使用效果好的优点。

Claims (2)

1、一种光缆接头盒,包括相互层叠的上盖和光纤安放盘,其特征是在光纤安放盘的下方设置底盘(3),上盖(1)、光纤安放盘(2)和底盘(3)相互铰接,光纤安放盘(2)上设置进线孔(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的光缆接头盒,其特征是在光纤安放盘(2)的盘面(5)上设有光纤定位块(6)。
