目前，市场上销售的脚踏健身机是由支架，脚踏装置组成。要另外找个座坐着，通过两腿的蹬踏来锻练身体。但是由于是坐着蹬踏，人体的重量是在座上，所以锻练效果不是很理想。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种可站在脚踏装置上蹬踏的脚踏健身机，使锻练效果更理想。
下面结合附图说明本实用新型的技术方案。
附图给出的是本实用新型的结构立体图。本实用新型与已有技术相比较，相同的是它也包括支架(1)、脚踏装置(2)。与已有技术不同的是在支架(1)上还连接了支杆(3)，支杆(3)还连接扶手(4)。这样就能站在脚踏装置上蹬踏。
由于增加了扶手，可站在脚踏装置上蹬踏，人体的重量是轮流加在左右脚上，从而使锻练效果更理想。
