Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种由塑料材料制造的新型的气体打火机调节套,它是在圆柱形的调节套靠下的一端开设有一个凹槽,圆柱形的调节套内是上大下小的通孔。使用时只要将与其配套的橡皮圈套在凹槽内,再将本调节套安装在气体打火机的内部相应的位置,就可以达到对本实用新型气体打火机调节套内孔的调节了。

本实用新型涉及气体打火机内部的装置,具体的说是一种新型的调节套。
气体打火机内部安装有调节套,用于对调节套中间的通孔调节。传统的调节套是由金属材料制造的它除了中心有孔之外,其外形为一个长的大圆柱和一个短的小圆柱组成。使用时须在小圆柱上套上橡皮圈,才能实施调节,由于调节时有位移的动作,使用中往往使橡皮圈掉落而失效。一旦橡皮圈掉落时对用户来说就等于整个打火机都必须报废掉。而且使用金属材料制造成本高,制造周期长。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种由塑料材料制造的带有凹槽的改进型的调节套。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:一种由塑料材料制造的气体打火机调节套,其特征是由一个圆柱形的调节套圆柱形调节套靠下端有一个凹槽,圆柱形的调节套内是上大下小的通孔。使用时把橡皮圈套在凹槽内再将其安装在打火机内相应的位置,就可以实现其调节的目的了。
本实用新型因为将原来的金属材料改成塑料材料,而且将原来的小圆柱体用一凹槽来代替,所以不仅节省了材料费用,而且保证了使用过程中橡皮圈的稳固性。
实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。
图1是本实用新型全剖视视图。
图中由一个塑料材料制造的圆柱形的调节套(1),圆柱形调节套(1)靠下端有一个凹槽(2),圆柱形调节套(1)内是上大下小的通孔(3)。使用时只要将与其配套使用的橡皮圈套在凹槽内,再将本调节套安装在打火机内部其相应的位置上,就可以实现其调节的目的了。

2、根据权利要求1所述的气体打火机调节套,其特征是圆柱形的调节套由塑料材料制造的。
