Abstract

一种电切镜,包括镜主体、镜管、镜座、滑块、手柄、指环,镜主体与镜座固定在镜管上,滑块可沿镜主体与镜座间的镜管滑动,其特征在于手柄可套接在镜主体或滑块上,指环可套接在镜座或滑块上。从而在同一电切镜上实现了滑块可从前向后,或从后向前运动两种形式。

一种电切镜
本实用新型涉及一种外科手术用镜，特别涉及一种电切镜。
目前使用的电切镜有主动式电切镜和被动式电切镜两种。被动式电切镜是手柄固定在镜管上，指环固定在滑块上，指环带动滑块沿镜管由后向前运动；主动式电切镜是指环固定在镜管上，手柄固定在滑块上，手柄带动滑块沿镜管由前向后运动。由于医生的个人习惯不同，有的习惯用主动式电切镜，有的习惯用被动式电切镜。而电切镜比较昂贵，医院为节约资金，一般不同时配备两种形式的电切镜，这样给使用电切镜的医生带来不便。
本实用新型的目的是为了提供一种电切镜，能实现同一只电切镜上可切换主动式和被动式两种形式。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的，包括镜主体、镜管、镜座、滑块、手柄、指环，镜主体与镜座固定在镜管上，滑块可沿镜主体与镜座间的镜管滑动，手柄可套接在镜主体或滑块上，指环可套接在镜座或滑块上。
与已有技术相比，当手柄套接滑块在上，指环套接在镜座上，实现了滑块沿镜管从前向后滑动，为主动式。当指环套在滑块上，手柄套接在镜主体上，滑块由后向前滑动，为被动式。从而在同一电切镜上实现了主动式与被动式的切换，使操作者能按个人习惯进行主动式或被动式操作。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述：

图2为本实用新型主动式工作时的剖视图。
附图中标号与相应部件为镜主体1，手柄2，镜管3，滑块4，指环5，镜座6，销钉8，销钉9。
参照图1，镜主体1与镜座6固定在镜管3上，滑块4可沿镜主体1与镜座6间的镜管3滑动，手柄2套接在镜主体1上，同时指环5套接在滑块4上，分别通过销钉8和销钉9固定。工作时由于手柄2固定，指环5就带动滑块4沿镜管3从后向前运动，实现了被动式的工作目的。
参照图2，镜主体1与镜座6固定在镜管3上，滑块4可沿镜主体1与镜座6间的镜管3滑动，手柄2套接在滑块4上，同时指环5套接在镜座6上，分别通过销钉8和销钉9固定。工作时由于指环5固定，手柄2就带动滑块4沿镜管3从前向后运动，实现了主动式的工作目的。
参照附图，手柄2的内孔与镜主体1的相邻突出端、滑块4相邻突出端大小一致，这样实现了手柄2可固接在镜主体1或滑块4上；指环5的内孔与镜座6的相邻突出端、滑块4相邻突出端大小一致，这样实现了指环5可固接在镜座6或滑块4上。
为了防止滑块4在镜管3上转动，镜管3的外壁与滑块4的内孔可为多边形；或者，在镜管3外壁上开一导向槽，在滑块4内孔壁的相应部位安一导向键；或者，在滑块4内孔壁上开一导向槽，在镜管3外壁的相应部位安一导向键。

1、一种电切镜，包括镜主体(1)、镜管(3)、镜座(6)、滑块(4)、手柄(2)、指环(5)，镜主体(1)与镜座(6)固定在镜管(3)上，滑块(4)可沿镜主体(1)与镜座(6)间的镜管(3)滑动，其特征在于手柄(2)可套接在镜主体(1)或滑块(4)上，指环(5)可套接在镜座(6)或滑块(4)上。
2、如权利要求1所述的电切镜，其特征在于镜管(3)的外壁与滑块(4)的内孔可为多边形。
3、如权利要求1所述的电切镜，其特征在于在镜管(3)外壁上开一导向槽，在滑块(4)内孔壁的相应部位安一导向键。
