Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种捆绑植入式四袢后房型人工晶体,该晶体的光学周边固定着对称的四个弧形袢,每个袢的顶端设有拉线小圆孔。使用时将拉线穿入四个孔内拉紧打结,然后将人工晶体植入所需位置剪断拉线,使四个弧形袢自然弹开,恢复原状,实现安全固定的目的。本实用新型结构合理,植入方便、安全,无任何毒副使用,易于推广使用。

捆绑植入式四袢后房型人工晶体
本实用新型属人工晶体植入物的技术改进,具体涉及一种捆绑植入式四袢后房型人工晶体。
目前,临床使用的人工晶体均为两袢型,其缺限是植入眼内后固定不稳定,容易移位,手术中如有晶体后囊膜破裂时,需进行缝线固定,这样既延长了手术时间,又加重了患者的痛苦。
本实用新型的目的,是针对上述现有技术不足之处,提供一种能在眼内四点固定,增加其稳定性,且在有晶体后囊膜破裂时不需要缝线固定的捆绑植入式四袢后房型人工晶体。
为了实现上述目的,本实用新型解决的方案是:用聚甲基丙稀酸甲脂或硅凝胶等材料制成的人工晶体延周边屈面位置,设有四个等距定位小圆孔,定位孔之间的晶体周边对称固定着四个相同的弧形弹性袢,每个弧形袢的顶端设有拉线小圆孔,孔内穿有拉紧弧形袢的打结线。
本实用新型的优点,一是结构合理,易于制造;二是采用聚甲基丙稀酸甲脂或硅凝胶材料制成,无毒付作用;三是植入方法筒便,植入后稳定性强,特别由于增加了弧形袢顶端的固定线孔,所以在植入时弧形袢的弹性相对减弱,从而减小了对眼内组织的挤压力。

由图1-3所示,用聚甲基丙稀酸甲脂或硅凝胶等材料制成的人工晶体(1)延周边屈面位置,设有四个等距定位小圆孔(2),定位孔之间的晶体周边固定着对称的四个相同弧形袢(3),每个弧形袢的顶端设有拉线小圆孔(4)。使用时将拉线(5)穿过四个弧形袢小圆孔拉紧打结,使其呈图3形状,然后将人工晶体植入所需位置后剪断拉线,使四个弧形袢自然弹开,恢复原状,达到安全固定之目的。

1、一种用于聚甲基丙稀酸甲脂或硅凝胶等材料制成的捆绑植入式四袢后房型人工晶体,其特征在于:人工晶体(1)周边对称固定着四个相同的弧袢(3),每个弧形袢的顶端设有拉线小圆孔(4),孔内穿有拉紧弧形袢的打结线(5)。
