Abstract
涉及机引农具的一种多功能播种机,其特征在于排种盒(2)上设有限种盘(3),种籽箱(8)内设有拔杆(9),刷种籽簧固定孔(7)为上下长形孔,以此解决了大行距播种时种籽破碎的现象,克服了种籽堵塞问题,致使本实用新型能确保大行距播种质量,具有调整使用方便,作业可靠性好的积极效果。
Description
本实用新型涉及机引农具的一种多功能播种机。
目前，排种器为转盘式的多功能播种机，当用于较大行距播种时，需把排种盒上两个排种孔采用相当于排种孔形状的制品填塞住一个，由于该填塞制品往往不能把下种孔填平或填不牢固，加上下种盘的转动，在这一过程中易产生种籽破碎现象，不能确保大行距播种质量；该播种机由于未设克服种籽堵塞的装置，在作业过程中常常产生种籽堵塞现象，作业可靠性差，同时又因为排种盒上的刷种籽簧安装的高度不能上下调整，其使用极不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能保证大行距农作物播种质量，作业可靠性好，使用方便的多功能播种机。
本实用新型的技术方案是在排种盒上设有限种盘，种籽箱内设有拔杆，刷种籽簧固定孔为上下长形孔。

下面结合附图对本实用新型的施实进行说明：
本实用新型的内容包括有排种盒(2)，种籽箱(8)、刷种籽簧固定孔(7)，其特征在于排种盒(2)上设有限种盘(3)，种籽箱(8)内设有拔杆(9)，刷种籽簧固定孔(7)为上下长形孔。机架(1)上安装有三组转盘式排种器每组排种器可同时播种两行，则三组转盘式排种器可同时播种六行，排种器一般有排种盒(2)、下种管(13)、下种盘(4)及刷种籽簧(6)构成，排种盒(2)上共有两个排种孔(12)，下种盘(4)上有多个下种孔(10)。当播种小麦等小行距农作物时，三组排种器的每组两行可同时下种，当播种玉米等大行距农作物时，每组排种器只需要有一个排种孔(12)下种，这时可在排种盒(2)上安装限种盘(3)，安装后，限种盘(3)的平面部分将把排种盒(2)上的两个排种孔(12)复盖住一个，这个被复盖的排种孔(12)就不致于因填塞不当造成种籽破碎现象，保留的另一个排种孔(12)进行排种，这个进行排种的排种孔(12)和限种盘(3)上的配合孔(11)同轴装配在一起，即限种盘(3)上的配合孔(11)紧配合装入这个排种孔(12)内，以此确保大行距农作物播种质量的目的，排种盒(2)园柱面上的刷种籽簧固定孔(7)加工成上下长形孔，当播花生等大颗粒种籽时，为满足大颗粒种籽所处的高度，只需要提高刷种籽簧(6)在刷种籽簧固定孔(7)上的固定位置，以此增加刷种籽簧(6)与下种盘(4)上平面的高度，即增加了大颗粒种籽所处的高度，也就是说，播种大颗粒种籽时，只需要调换下种盘(4)，不需再调换排种盒(2)及其它零部件，调整使用方便。种籽箱(8)内设有拔杆(9)，拔杆(9)的上部固定在种籽箱(8)的箱体上，其下端深入到下种孔(10)，与下部的排种孔(12)相对应。拔杆(9)的粗细，长度应适当，以满足拔杆(9)在一定力的作用下，当其下端碰到下种孔(10)时，能顺利进出、拍打下种孔(10)为原则，就是说拔杆(9)应具有一定弹性度。在作业时，由地轮、地轮轴输出动力，经中间齿轮(15)驱动传动轴(14)转动，传动轴(14)又经传动轴锥齿轮(17)、立轴锥齿轮(16)带动立轴(5)转动，和立轴(5)固定安装的下种盘(4)即在排种盒(2)内转动，这时拔杆(9)下端将进出、拍打下种盘(4)上的下种孔(10)，这种拍打振动促使该部位和种籽箱(8)内种籽的松动，以此解决了种籽在下种时堵塞的现象，致使作业可靠性好。
与目前已知的同类产品相比，本实用新型能确保大行距播种质量，具有调整使用方更，作业可靠性好的积极效果。

1、涉及机引农具的一种多功能播种机，包括有排种盒(2)、种籽箱(8)、刷种籽簧固定孔(7)，其特征在于排种盒(2)上设有限种盘(3)，种籽箱(8)内设有拔杆(9)，刷种籽簧固定孔(7)为上下长形孔。
2、根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能播种机，其特征在于所述限种盘(3)上的配合孔(11)紧配合装配在排种孔(12)内。
3、根据权利要求1所述的一种多功能播种机，其特征在于所述拔杆(9)的上部固定在种籽箱(8)的箱体上，其下端深入到下种孔(10)，与排种孔(12)相对应。
