Abstract

本实用新型提供了一种接线盒分隔板结构,其特点是:在分隔板中央设一方孔,方孔侧边各向外延设至分隔板侧边设呈弯弧体,弯弧体外缘形成一斜角上扬的缘边,在其缘边两侧接近边处则呈向下斜角、底缘平面的缘边型态,利用弯弧体使配线容置空间增大,藉其向下斜角底缘平直面的缘边呈现多方向的配线。

接线盒分隔板结构
本实用新型涉及一种用箱保护的电缆连接，特别是一种接线盒。
传统的室内配线型态，是在分隔板四边中央位置采用斜角上扬的缘边，藉上扬下斜的对应缘边设置，而完成具有分隔效果的立体型态，这种结构具有如下缺失：
1．由于在分隔板中央方孔侧边各向外延设至分隔板侧边系设呈“平面”，故其配线的容置空间相当有限；
2．由于缘边两侧近角边处是相反的设成两斜角下倾的缘边，故在配线时，只能按“单一”方向配置，而无法多向配置，使其适用范围受到限制。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种接线盒分隔板结构，它能使配置线体的容置空间大为增加，并使其适用范围扩大。
实用新型是这样实现的：在分隔板中央设一方孔，方孔侧边各向外延设至分隔板侧边设呈弯弧体，弯弧体外缘形成一斜角上扬的缘边，在其缘边两侧接近边处则呈向下斜角、底缘平直面的缘边型态。
本实用新型的分隔板中央方孔侧边各向外延设至分隔板侧边设呈弯弧体，藉每一弯弧体所延伸出的弯弧空间，可使配置线体的容置空间大为增加，同时藉其向下斜角、底缘平面的缘边，可作多方向的配置用途，达其适用范围广泛的功能。
实用新型的具体结构由以下实施例及其附图给出。

参照图1、2，接线盒3内置入分隔板1，以提高其内部配置线体的容置空间，在分隔板1中央设一方孔11，方孔11侧边各向外延设至分隔板侧边设呈弯弧体12、13、14、15，并将弯弧体12、13、14、15外缘形成一斜角上扬的缘边121、131、141、151，在缘边121、131、141、151两侧接近于边处则呈向下斜角161、171、181、191、底缘平直面162、172、182、192的缘边16、17、18、19型态，利用弯弧体12、13、14、15使其配线2的容置空间大为增加(如图3、4所示)，同时可藉其向下斜角161、171、181、191底缘平直面162、172、182、192的缘边16、17、18、19呈现多方向的配线2，而不再只限制在单一方向。

  1. 一种接线盒分隔板结构，其特征在于：分隔板(1)中央设一方孔(11)，方孔(11)侧边各向外延设至分隔板(1)侧边设呈弯弧体(12、13、14、15)，弯弧体(12、13、14、15)外缘形成一斜角上扬的缘边(121、131、141、151)，在缘边(121、131、141、151)两侧接近边处则呈向斜角(161、171、181、191)、底缘平直面(162、172、182、192)的缘边(16、17、18、19)型态。
