一次性火化纸棺
本实用新型涉及一种殡葬品。
现在采用的一次性火化棺中，大多数采用木、纸复合结构，一方面浪费木材，另方面包装运输又不方便，且外表不美观。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述火化棺之缺点，设计一种节省木材、便于包装运输的一次性火化棺。
本实用新型，包括前端板、后端板、左侧板、右侧板、底板和顶盖，其特征为：各板块和顶盖分别由外层纸板和夹层蜂窝纸粘合组成，各板块通过榫配合及胶粘组装成棺体。
本实用新型，其纸板表面可以粘贴一木纹纸饰层；木纹纸可经塑料复膜处理。
本实用新型，由于采用纸作为原料，具有如下特点：
1、节省木材；2、采用组装式，便于包装运输；3、易于燃烧、灰烬少、耐冲击、耐变形；4、表面贴复膜木纹纸，外表美观；5、适应当前殡葬改革及民政部提出：带棺火化，既文明又卫生的实用价值。
下面实施例结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述：
图1为本实用新型之板材结构图，图中，1为纸板，2为蜂窝纸。
其生产工艺流程为：选取合适厚度的上、下层纸板1及夹层蜂窝纸2，经粘合制成板材(如图1所示)，贴上经塑料复膜的红木纹纸；根据尺寸要求切制前端板、后端板、左侧板、右侧板、底板和顶盖，包装成件；使用前，将各板块经榫配合和胶粘组装成棺体，干固后即可投入使用。

1、一种一次性火化纸棺，包括前端板、后端板、左侧板、右侧板、底板和顶盖，其特征为：各板块和顶盖分别由外层纸板(1)和夹层蜂窝纸(2)粘合组成，各板块通过榫配合及胶粘组装成棺体。
2、根据权利要求1所述的纸棺，其特征为：所述纸板(1)表面有一木纹纸饰层。
3、根据权利要求2所述的纸棺，其特征为：所述木纹纸饰层表面有一塑料复膜层。
