Abstract

一种省力两用铁铲,由齿条,限位铁板组成。有若干条相互平行的齿条,前端成尖齿形或圆形,其后部有一条槽,便于市售的平口铁铲插入,在后部中间有一条弧形铁条,起到定位与固定作用。在齿条根部,有一限位铁板。建筑工地上用的铁铲都是平口的,装卸石子,混凝土,费力,费时。本实用新型既可铲块状的石子一类物品又可铲颗粒状的黄砂。一铲两用,根据工种的需要可方便、快速地装上或卸下本实用新型,并有省力的作用。

省力两用铁铲
本实用新型属于一种生产工具，更确切地说是一种劳动中使用的铁铲。
目前在建筑工地上用于装卸黄砂，石子，混凝土的铁铲都是平口的。对于黄砂不感觉其不足，但在装卸石子，混凝土，砖屑一类物品时感到费力，费时。目前市场上也有铲口呈尖齿形的铁铲出售，但这类铁铲由于口薄极易磨损，加上尖齿较短铲石子时仍很费力，铲黄砂时常感漏沙。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种既可铲块状的石子一类物品又可铲颗粒状的黄砂而且省力快速。
本实用新型的目的是以如下方法实现的：用铁制成五至十条相互平行的齿条，前端成尖齿形或圆形，其后部两侧向上向里弯成一条槽，便于市售的平口铁铲铲边的插入，在后部中间有一条弧形铁条，当铁板插入铁铲时该弧形铁条落入平口铁铲背面的凹槽内，达到定位与固定作用。在齿条根部，有一限位铁板它阻止了齿条板在使用中不断后退的作用。
本实用新型的优点：一铲两用，根椐工种的需要可方便、快速地装上或卸下本实用新型，并有省力的作用。

附图2为本实用新型齿条限位另一实施例的侧视图。
见图1，在铁条1上，制有五至十条相互平行的齿条2，齿条与铁条成90角，齿条前端成尖齿形或圆形3，铁条两侧向上、向里弯成一条槽4，槽的阔度便于市售的平口铁铲铲边的插入。在铁条后面中间有一条弧形铁条5，当铁板插入铁铲时该弧形铁条落入平口铁铲背面的凹槽内，达到定位与固定作用。在齿条根部6，有一限位铁板7或在每条齿条根部直接制成卡槽8。(参见图2)

Claims (2)

1，一种省力两用铁铲，由齿条、限位铁板组成，其特征在于：在铁条上制有五至十条相互平行的齿条，齿条与铁条成90角，齿条前端成尖齿形，铁条两侧向上、向里弯成一条槽，在铁条后面中间有一条弧形铁条，在齿条根部有一限位铁板。
2，按权利要求1所述的两用铁铲，其特征：每条齿条根部可直接制成卡槽代替限位铁板。
