锁控阀门
一种能够对管路及罐装液体、气体实行控制的锁控阀门。
现有的管路阀门，没有锁控装置，影响了对管路传送介质的有效控制和管理。特别是对居民集中供热的取暖系统，由于在供热系统住户的管路中没有设置控制装置，在个别住户不缴取暖费的情况下，直接影响了其他用户的供热。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能够对每个使用管路传送介质的用户实行有效控制的锁控阀门。
本实用新型的目的是由以下技术方案来实现的：将公知技术的阀门和锁相组合，使阀门的上盖与锁的锁体相配合，锁的锁舌与控制阀门开启或关闭的阀门转轴相配合。
本实用新型的锁控阀门与现有的阀门相比，由于本实用新型将阀门和锁相结合，只有特定的人用专用的钥匙才能开启阀门，能够实现对管路传送的介质实行有效地控制。
下面利用附图所示的实施例对本实用新型作进一步说明。
图1为锁控阀门的结构示意图。
参照图1，阀门采用现有的板式，球式等阀门均可，在与阀体(1)连接的阀门上盖(2)上设有凹槽，在锁体(3)内设置头部带锁舌(4)的锁芯(7)，在锁体(3)内还设置若干个弹子(6)，弹子(6)与锁芯(7)相配合，钥匙(8)可置入锁芯(7)内组成。锁体(3)带有凸起，锁体(3)的凸起与阀门上盖(2)的凹槽相配合，锁的锁舌(4)与阀门的转轴(5)的径向槽相配合。
需要开启或关闭阀门时，先将钥匙(8)置入锁芯(7)内，转动钥匙(8)使锁芯(7)带动锁舌(4)转动一个位置，锁舌(4)离开阀门的转轴(5)的径向槽，锁可取下，锁取下后用搬手旋转阀门转轴(5)，使阀门开启或关闭。完成开启或关闭阀门后，将锁放在阀盖(2)上，使锁体(3)的凸起与阀门上盖(2)的凹槽相配合，锁的锁舌(4)与阀门的转轴(5)的径向槽相配合，将阀门上锁后取下钥匙(8)即完成操作。
