本实用新型属于炉灶技术领域,是一种家用高效采暖炉。
现有的采暖炉,如专利ZL94236186.5技术主要特点是具有炉体、炉盖、燃烧室、上水箱、下水箱、供热管、烟囱,其中在上水箱之下还具有燃烧室,螺旋吸热板,弧形导热板,弧形导热板设在上水箱之下靠近烟囱一例,螺旋吸热板设在上水箱底板外部,螺旋体朝下,上下水箱连通。它存在如下缺点:一是双孔或三孔炉芯的煤炉,其上部的热水器需要开设二个或三个加煤孔,结构复杂;二是加煤孔越多,其热水器的吸热面积越小;三是热水器的螺旋吸热板对热空气的滞留时间还不充分。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种结构简单,热水器吸热面积大,对上行热空气滞留时间长、吸热充分等显著优点。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是在原有家用采暖炉的基础上加以改进,将原有煤炉的炉栅改设为旋转炉栅,旋转炉栅向炉体外引设有拨动手柄,在旋转炉栅上部的热水器上可以仅开设一个加煤孔;在热水器的下底面增设有竖向设置的交错分布的导热片。
由于本实用新型采取了上述技术方案与现有家用采暖炉相比,具有结构简单,热水器吸热面积大,对上行热空气滞留时间长,吸热充分等显著优点。
下面结合附图及实例对本实用新型的具体结构特征作进一步说明。

图2表示本实用新型的炉栅部位剖视图。
如图1所示,本实用新型具有炉体1,炉体1内设置有炉芯9,炉芯9的上部设置有扁热水器6,扁热水器6与炉芯9之间为燃烧室5,燃烧室5向炉体1外引设烟囱8。扁热水器6下部引设进水管2,上部开设有排气管7。炉芯9的下部设置有旋转炉栅11,旋转炉栅11用于承担煤球10,旋转炉栅11可绕其中心轴转动,其中心轴部位向炉体1外引设有拨动手柄3,旋转炉栅11有拨动手柄3,旋转炉栅11上部的扁热水器上仅开设有一个加煤孔,加煤孔上覆设有炉盖4。在扁热水器6的下底,竖向设置有交错分布的导热片12。

1、一种家用高效取暖炉,具有炉体,炉体内设置有炉芯,炉芯的上部设置有热水器,其特征在于炉芯的下部设置有旋转炉栅,旋转炉栅向炉体外引设有拨动手柄,在旋转炉栅上部的热水器上可以仅开设一个加煤孔。
2、如权利要求1所述的一种家用高效取暖炉其特征在于热水器的下底面竖向设置有交错分布的导热片。
