本实用新型涉及一种手紧钻夹头,其由钻体、后套、轴承座、轴承、丝母、丝母套、夹爪,前套组成,其特点是钻体前端设有一周凹槽,前套前端内圆壁上设一周凸起的键,其与钻体凹槽相配合。这样前套可在钻体上自由转动,前套又不能从钻体上脱离。本实用新型结构简单、合理,比现有技术减少了零部件,降低了生产成本,适用于做各种手紧钻具的夹紧装置。

本实用新型涉及一种钻具夹紧装置,具体地说是一种手式钻夹头。
目前,市场上的各种钻具的钻夹头,一般是由钻体、夹爪、丝母、轴承、轴承座、前套、后套、前套挡盖或前套卡簧等组成,钻体与轴承垫、后套、前套挡盖过盈连接,三个夹爪分别装设在钻体的三个斜孔内,丝母安装在钻体的丝母槽内,其与夹爪上的螺纹配合形成螺纹传动机构。丝母外面过盈联接一丝母套,丝母套与丝母过盈连接,通过转动丝母套,达到松开或夹紧钻头的目的。上述结构,有的钻体前端过盈联接一前套挡盖,不易拆卸,给维修带来困难;有的钻体前端联接一卡簧,卡簧露在外面,影响钻夹头的美观,这两种结构产品的零部件多,增加了制造成本。
本实用新型的目的就是为了克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种结构合理,装配方便、性能稳定可靠,零部件少,产品成本低的手紧式钻夹头。
为达到上述目的,本实用新型在钻体前端外壁设有一周的凹槽,前套前端内圆壁上设有一周的凸键,凸键与凹槽相配合,前套可在钻体上自由转动,前套又不能从钻体上脱离,这样就省去了前盖或卡簧,减少了零部件。
本实用新型由于采用上述结构,克服了过去钻体过盈联接挡盖或卡簧结构的不足,新改进的结构合理,装配方便,性能稳定,工作可靠,它适用于各种手紧钻具的夹紧装置。
下面结合附图对本实用新型做进一步的描述:
图1是本实用新型结构示意图。
从图1中可看出,一种手紧式钻夹头,其由钻体1,后套2,轴承座3,轴承4,丝母5,丝母套6、夹爪7、前套8组成。本实用新型三个夹爪7装在钻体1上设有三个斜孔内,夹爪7的外侧设有螺纹,丝母5装在钻体1的丝母槽内,由于装配工艺的需要,丝母5是分成两体的,丝母5外侧过盈联接一丝母套6,将分成两体的丝母5紧固而成为一体,丝母套6的外部设有一前套8,丝母套6的底部设有若干个键槽,前套8由轴向相应地设有若干个键,前套内键可相应地插入丝母套的键槽内,拧动前套8,丝母套6可带动丝母5随前套8的转动而转动,进而通过丝母5与夹爪7的传动,使三个夹爪7在钻体1的斜孔内前进或后退,从而使三个夹爪7张开或闭合,达到夹紧或松开钻头的目的。上述结构及连接属已有技术,此不详述。
本实用新型前套8前端内壁沿圆周设有一凸起的键9,钻体1前端外壁沿圆周设有一凹下的槽10,前套的凸键与钻体的凹槽相配合,它们之间有一定的间隙,既不影响前套8转动,又不使前套8超过间隙,其不能脱开钻体空刀槽。
本实用新型前套的凸键是通过过盈配合压入钻体的凹槽内的,前套键的设计易于压入,不易脱落。
本实用新型构造简单、合理,克服了过去钻体前端过盈联接挡盖或卡簧的不足,其装配方便,性能可靠,降低了成本,是一种理想的手紧式钻夹头。
