高效降焦丝束
本实用新型属于制备卷烟滤嘴的原料丝束,特别是具有降焦油作用的丝束。
目前,在世界范围内吸烟的人数成增长的趋势。据调查统计,我国每年因吸烟导致健康方面的损失高达279.67亿元,因此降低卷烟中的焦油及其它有害物具有很大的社会及经济意义。各国降低焦油的方法除了从烟叶、烟丝上采取措施外,另一方法就是提高过滤嘴的过滤效率,如加入活性碳、激光打孔等。上述方法都要投入大量的资金,使嘴棒的成本大大增加,有的过滤焦油的效果还不太理想。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种高效降焦丝束,其结构简单、易制备、成本低,对焦油的过滤效果较好。
本实用新型的实现方案是:对传统的丝束进行处理后,使其外表面均匀分布有颗粒状突出物。用这种结构有所改进的丝束制造的过滤嘴,可使烟气的行走路程更长、更曲折,且对焦油及有害物质有较好的吸附作用。
下面,依照说明书附图提供的本实用新型的一个具体实施例,对其结构作进一步描述。
图1为本实用新型的结构示意图。
参见附图,对丝束进行处后,丝束1的外表面就能与颗粒状突出物2牢固地结合,避免丝束在开松工序中脱粉或粘辊。颗粒状突出物2为吸附剂,它可有选择地对焦油截留和吸附,减少对人体的危害,而让烟碱通过,满足吸烟者提起精神的烟瘾要求。颗粒状突出物2是用粘和剂均匀地粘结在丝束1的表面,采用这种丝束可沿用现有的过滤嘴棒生产工艺及设备,不必作过多的资金投入,因此可大大降低嘴棒的成本,甚至还可使丙纤丝柬嘴棒达到醋纤嘴棒的口感,提高卷烟的等级档次。
从本实用新型的上述技术方案看,它提供了一种新结构的丝束,其结构简单、加工容易、投资少、成本低,对焦油及有害物具有很强的吸附作用,每支可降低焦油近6mg。
