本实用新型涉及空气调节，特别涉及与增湿和降温有关的空气调节。
目前已有的各类具风机的空气加湿器或称具空气加湿装置的风机，多是将水以微小水粒或水雾的形式由机体向外吹出，以达到空气加湿和降温的目的。它们存在空气加湿降温速度慢，加湿不均和常弄湿周围物品的缺点。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种空气加湿降温速度快，加湿均匀和不会弄湿周围物品的加湿降温冷风机。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它由储水风道和位于储水风道内的吸水转轮和风机组成。吸水转轮由轮轴、轮筒和轮筒内的吸水小纸管组成。
本实用新型的技术效果是：它具有空气加湿降温速度快，加湿均匀和不会弄湿周围物品的优点。
