Abstract
在医用β+电子源或α电子源放射治疗仪的治疗探头的外壁面上敷设一层金属,工作过程中,通过β+电子或α电子做电子源作用于金属层上而产生光子射线,并利用该光子射线治疗诸如前列腺增生、子宫肿瘤、食道癌等多种体内疾病。
Description
本实用新型内容属于医疗器具技术领域,涉及一种用于治疗多种体内病症的医用放射性治疗装置。
利用放射性物质产生射线破坏或抑制人体病变细胞的放射疗法已成为现代医学的一门重要疗法。目前,在各级医院中已普遍使用β+(或负电子)电子源或α电子源放射治疗仪治疗癌症、肿瘤、增生、腋臭等疾病,但相对说来,β+电子或α电子射线对人体正常组织的损伤较大,且射线穿透深度也相对较浅,临床用于治疗类如前列腺增生、子宫肿瘤、食道癌等多种体内疾病的效果不够理想。从放射医学的理论上讲,光子射线具有较好的穿透性能且对人体正常组织的损伤也较小,但目前在本领域内尚无一种可用于治疗上述各种体内疾病的光子治疗设备。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种结构简单易行并可有效治疗前述多种体内疾病的医用光子发生器。
本实用新型所提供的医用光子发生器是通过对公知的医用β+电子源或α电子源放射治疗仪加以合理改进而获得的,其结构特征是在公知的医用β+电子源或α电子源放射治疗仪的治疗探头的外壁面上敷设一层金属,工作过程中,通过β+电子或α电子做电子源作用于金属层上而产生光子(韧致辐射、电磁辐射)射线,并利用该光子射线治疗疾病。
与现有技术相比,本实用新型具有以下特点:1.利用光子射线对人体内病变组织的穿透较深,对人体正常组织的损伤却很小,因此在治疗前列腺增生、子宫肿瘤、食道癌等体内疾病时具有很好的疗效;2.该医用光子发生器既可施治于病人体表,也可以进入病人体内进行准确定位治疗,操作安全方便,对病人来说无痛苦和副作用;3.该医用光子发生器的结构简单合理、成本不高,便于有关部门推广应用。
文后附图为本实用新型一个具体实施例的结构示意图。
如图所示,该医用光子发生器由治疗探头1和金属层2两部分构成。治疗探头1为公知医用β+电子源或α电子源放射治疗仪所用的柱状治疗探头,金属层2由重金属材料如金、银、铜等材料构成,实施中,根据待治疗病灶区的具体情况,可将金属层2敷设在治疗探头1的底面(见附图),也可以将金属层2环包敷设在治疗探头1的外侧壁上。工作时,治疗探头1产生的β+电子或α电子束作用于金属层2后产生的光子(韧致辐射、电磁辐射)射线沿附图中箭头所示方向再作用于病人体内病灶,进行治疗。

1、一种医用光子发生器,其特征是在医用β+电子源或α电子源放射治疗仪的治疗探头1的外壁面上敷设一层金属层2。
2、如权利要求1所述的医用光子发生器,其特征是金属层2敷设在治疗探头1的底面。
3、如权利要求1所述的医用光子发生器,其特征是金属层2环包敷设在治疗探头1的外侧壁上。
