镶嵌式曲线木地板条
本实用新型涉及一种镶嵌式曲线木地板条，属于木制装饰板领域。
目前，所有木制拼装地板不论档次高低，都由单片长方型板条周边开有榫槽、榫头的地板条镶嵌而成。木制地板舒适美观但易变形、起拱，联接不牢易脱落，导致返工，其原因是镶嵌咬合力在一条直线上，阻力小。而且这种传统条形地板外观单调，缺乏立度和美感。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种曲线形镶嵌木地板，如于咬合力在一定宽度范围大大增加了咬合阻力，不仅克服了变形、起拱等缺点，而且拼装后具有曲线的动感和优美典雅的效果。
本实用新型的技术方案是在普通地板条由板面及一侧边有榫槽、对应侧边有榫头，一端有榫槽、对应端有榫头的基础上将两侧边的直线形做成S(波浪)形状，两侧边的S(波浪)形同步且平行，这样侧边上的榫槽和对应的榫头也呈同样的S(波浪)形，一块地板条的侧边可根据需要由1个或多个S线相串接。
下面对附图进行说明：图1给出了本实用新型的结构示意图，板面5、侧边S形榫槽1、另一侧S形槽头3、一端榫槽4、另一端榫头2。
本实用新型的优点是联接牢固、不起拱、寿命长且具有动感、立体感，更加优美典雅。
本实用新型的木地板条前序加工同直地板相同，只是先将直地板条侧边锯成同步S形曲线；然后在专用曲线开榫机上完成侧边曲线开槽和开榫。两端仍为直线的榫和槽。侧边的S形波浪可是1组或多组相串接，即多波浪形。

1、一种镶嵌式曲线木地板条，由板面及一侧边榫槽，对应侧边榫头，一端榫槽，对应端榫头组成，其特征在于板面为S(波浪)型几何形状，即两侧边为同步的平行S(波浪)形线，随之侧边上的榫槽、榫头也是S(波浪)形，一块地板条的侧边可以是1个或多个S线的相串接。
