微型恒温输液加热器专用于医疗上对输入人体内的药液进行恒温加热,在冬天季气温较低时应用可以使输入人体内的药液维持在与人体体温相近的温度,从而能明显减低或消除输液时较冷药液的冷刺激造成的疼痛,本加热器关键在于应用PTC元件的自动恒温加热,而又无须应用电子调节元件。技术规格,电压220V,功率3W恒温温度37℃,重量50%。

Description

微型恒温输液加热器
微型恒温输液加热器(以下简称加热器)是电子技术新材料在医疗方面应用。
本加热器是应用一种阻值随温度升高而增加热敏电阻(简称PTC)作发热体,它具有恒温发热,限流保护等特点,因而得到了广泛应用,如用于电蚊香等。其特性、工作原理详见(无线电)1992年第四期37页。
冬季气温较低的情况下作医疗输液时,远低于人体温的冷药液输入血管后,冷刺激可以引起不适甚至局部剧痛,另外,可以引静脉血管收缩,在病情需要快速输入液体时不能很快输入。另外部分身体弱者较多冷药物输入可诱发加重感冒,这时如果应用本加热器恒温加热,使输入的液体在进入体内之前达到与体温相近的温度,就可以明显的减轻或解除上述症状。用法:将本加热器夹持部夹于输液管末端近头皮针处,插上电源,工作指示灯亮,本发热器即工作。
本加热器组成为四部分:外壳及夹持部、PTC发热体、工作指示、电源线、规格:电压22nV功率3W,恒温加热温度37℃,体积60×60×30mm重量≤50g。由于PTC有自恒温作用,故无须利用复杂的电子调节元件而能恒温发热,且发热器的工作温度相对较低,寿命长,工作可靠,不会因过热引起药液温度过高或火灾。同时体积小成本低,便用方便安全。

  1. 微型恒温输液加热器是利用PTC恒温发热元件对医疗输入液体进行加热,其特征是通过专用PTC及设计加热器的型状结构从而达到对输入液体恒温加热到37℃,减少或消除冷药液对人体的疼痛刺激。
