Abstract
一种微型断路器的触头系统,包括磁轭、动触头、静触头、引弧板、灭弧室,在磁轭上连接一只金属弧角,该弧角在电气上与动触头相连。本触头系统的改进,使电弧道由原来的静触头弧道增加为动,静触头双弧道,提高微型断路器的短路分断能力,减少动触头的电磨损。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种微型断路器，特别是微型断路器的触头系统。
常见的微型断路器，由于体积小，结构紧凑，使触头开距超程较小。断路器分断电流后，电弧弧极停留在动触头上(如图1所示)，停滞时间较长，直到进入灭弧室熄灭为止。电弧对动触头烧蚀严重，降低了断路器的极限短路分断能力。现有产品大多数不满足6KA的极限短路分断能力和1.5KA的短路运行分断能力。
本实用新型的目的是对微型断路器的触头系统进行改进，以提高微型断路器的短路分断能力，减少动触头的电磨损。

图2是本实用新型的触头系统示意图。
本实用新型是通过如下方式实现的：参照图2，本微型断路器的触头系统包括磁轭1、动触头2、静触头3、引弧板4、灭弧室5，在磁轭1上连接一只金属弧角6。此连接可以是直接连接，如焊接、铆接等，也可以通过导体连接，如通过导线连接。金属弧角6在电气上与动触头2相连。这样，断路器在分断短路电流时，电弧道由原来的静触头弧道增加为动、静触头双弧道，电弧根部从动触头2上迅速转移到弧角6上，沿动触头弧道进入灭弧室，从而减少了电弧对动触头的磨损，使电弧尽快熄灭，缩短了电弧燃烧时间，降低了实际分断电流，提高分断能力。
本实用新型的优点在于：1．有效减少动触头的电磨损，提高了微型断路器的短路分断能力。全系列微型断路器极限短路分断能力达到6KA，达到了IEC898标准的技术要求。2．结构简单，成本低廉、容易实施。

1、一种微型断路器的触头系统，包括磁轭(1)、动触头(2)、静触头(3)、引弧板(4)、灭弧室(5)，其特征在于在磁轭(1)上连接一只金属弧角(6)，该弧角(6)在电气上与动触头(2)相连。
2、根据权利要求1所述的断路器的触头系统，其特征是金属弧角(6)与磁轭(1)直接连接。
3、根据权利要求1所述的断路器的触头系统，其特征是金属弧角(6)与磁轭(1)通过导体连接。
