一种调节阀
本实用新型涉及一种调节阀,属阀门开关控制领域。
我们平常所使用的阀门,大都是通过旋转手轮来提拉阀杆,从而控制管道内介质的流量,这种阀门的主要缺点是不能直接从阀杆升降来判断管道内介质的流量,因而使用不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术的缺点,提供一种可通过阀杆的升降来直接判断阀门启闭程度的新型调节阀。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:调节阀由阀体、上阀杆、下阀杆、手轮、阀芯、支架组成,在上阀杆上设有指针,与指针相对应的支架上设有标尺。
本实用新型具有结构简单、使用方便、可直接控制管道内介质的流量等优点。

下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步描述:
调节阀由阀体5、手轮1、上阀杆2、下阀杆3、支架6组成,下阀杆3上连有阀芯4,在上阀杆2上设有指针7,与指针7相对应的支架6上设有标尺8。使用时,旋转手轮1使阀杆2、3带动阀芯4上升,开启阀门,这时再通过上阀杆2上的指针7和支架6上的标尺8,控制阀芯4的启闭程度,从而控制管道内介质的流量。

1、一种调节阀由手轮(1)、上阀杆(2)、下阀杆(3)、阀芯(4)、阀体(5)组成,下阀杆(3)上连有阀芯(4),其特征在于:上阀杆(2)上设有指针(7),与指针(7)相对应的支架(6)上设有标尺(8)。
