本实用新型涉及胶运机上的物料分布装置，特别是一种布料器。
现有技术中的胶运机中没有布料器，物料加入振动筛上时，物料在振动筛中占有的宽度小于胶运机宽度，然而振动筛的宽度却很大，物料在振动筛中只占一小条，这样就造成振动筛大面积无料，造成筛分不净，效率低。
本实用新型的目的在于：提供一种安装在振动筛上方的布料器，当胶运机将物料运入布料器后，布料器会将物料均匀地布满振动筛，在不用能源的情况下，以达到筛净和提高过筛能力。
本实用新型的构成：由接管、锥帽、锥体、十字梁、上体、底板、侧板、背板、管前板、管斜板和管上板组成，在上体(2)的上方固定接管(1)，下方连接前板(6)、侧板(10)和背板(11)，其内水平安装十字梁(5)，在十字梁上安装锥体(4)，在锥体(4)的锥顶上安装锥帽(3)，在背板和侧板的下方安装底板(9)，前板(6)的下方连接管斜板(7)、管上板(8)和管前板(12)。锥体(4)和锥帽(3)是圆锥形，锥帽(3)由螺栓固定在锥体(4)上，并将螺栓点焊在锥体(4)上。接管(1)与锥帽(3)在同一轴心线上。
与现有技术比较，本实用新型结构简单适用，在不用能源的情况下能有效地利用筛面，提高筛分效率。

本实用新型的实施例：如附图1、附图2所示：在上体(2)的上方安装接管(1)，下方连接前板(6)、侧板(10)和背板(11)，其内水平安装十字梁(5)，在十字梁上安装锥体(4)，在锥体(4)的锥顶上用螺栓安装锥帽(3)，并将螺栓点焊在锥体(4)上，使锥帽(3)与接管(1)在同一轴心线上，在背板、侧板的下方安装底板(9)，前板的下方连接管斜板(7)、管上板(8)和管前板(12)。
当胶运机或其它运输机械将物料由接管(1)进入上体(2)后，在锥体(4)和锥帽(3)的作用下，物料均匀的布满振动筛，以提高筛净以及提高过筛能力。

1、一种布料器，由接管、锥帽、锥体、十字梁、上体、底板、侧板、背板、管前板、管斜板和管上板组成，其特征在于：在上体(2)的上方固定接管(1)，下方连接前板(6)、侧板(10)和背板(11)，其内水平安装十字梁(5)，在十字梁上安装锥体(4)，在锥体(4)的锥顶上安装锥帽(3)，在背板和侧板的下方安装底板(9)，前板(6)的下方连接管斜板(7)、管上板(8)和管前板(12)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的布料器，其特征在于：锥体(4)和锥帽(3)是圆锥形，锥帽(3)由螺栓固定在锥体(4)上，并将螺栓点焊在锥体(4)上。
