本实用新型是一种太阳能热水器,其特征在于由蓄水筒(11)和其外围的集热装置构成,蓄水筒外表面涂有吸热层,集热装置由封闭型内外层玻璃管(4、1)构成,内外层玻璃管之间为真空夹层(2),与真空接触的内层玻璃管表面镀有低红外发射率的吸收膜(3)。本实用新型具有热效率高,保温性能好的特点,同时也省去了专门的蓄热水箱,降低了成本。

一种太阳能热水器
本实用新型涉及太阳能热水器技术领域，具体地说是一种太阳能热水器。
现有的太阳能热水器主要有以下几种形式：①闷晒式：其主要特点是构造简单，制造成本低廉。但保温性能差，因而热效率低，使用效果差。②平板集热式：主要特点是专门配有热水箱，保温性能较闷晒式好。但集热板散热较大，在低温环境下容易冻坏，使用受到较大限制。③真空集热管式：主要特点是集热管散热小，热效率高，使用较少受环境温度的影响。但也需配有专门的蓄热水箱，且制造成本较高。
本实用新型的目的在于克服上述的不足，提供一种不需专门蓄热水箱，集闷晒式和真空集热管式的优点于一体的太阳能热水器。
本实用新型是这样实现的：由蓄水筒和其外围的集热装置构成，蓄水筒外表面涂有吸收层，集热装置由封闭型内外层玻璃管构成，内外层玻璃管之间为真空夹层，与真空层接触的内层玻璃管表面镀有低红外线发射率的吸收膜。
以下结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的详述，但不限于附图所示。

图中，1-外层玻璃管，2-真空夹层，3-吸收膜，4-内层玻璃管，5-支撑架，6-盖子，7-出水管，8-保温塞，9-进水管，10-垫圈，11-蓄水筒，12-支承垫。
如图所示，本实用新型的热水器由蓄水筒5和其外围的集热装置构成。蓄水筒外表面涂有较高吸收率的吸热层。集热装置由封闭型内外层玻璃管1、4构成，内外层玻璃管之间为真空夹层2，与真空接触的内层玻璃管表面镀有低红外发射率的吸收膜3。在真空夹层的一端有带消气剂的支撑架5。蓄水筒与玻璃管之间有弹性垫圈10。蓄水筒两端有支承垫12、保温塞8和盖子6。
本实用新型具有以下特点：阳光透过玻璃管1、真空层、镀膜层3及玻璃管4，照到蓄水筒上，涂层吸收阳光转化为热能，被筒内的水吸收，水被加热。蓄水筒内的热能会以空气对流及红外线两种形式传到玻璃内管4上。玻璃内管上的热能遇到真空层后，不能再以对流的方式传到玻璃外管上；同时热能遇到膜层3后，热能也不能以红外线的方式传递到外层玻璃管，又因玻璃内外管无接触，热能也不能传导到外玻璃管上而播散出去。从而达到了热效率高，保温性能好的目的。同时也省去了专门的蓄热水箱，降低了成本。

1、一种太阳能热水器，其特征在于由蓄水筒(11)和其外围的集热装置构成，蓄水筒外表面涂有吸热层，集热装置由封闭型内外层玻璃管(4、1)构成，内外层玻璃管之间为真空夹层(2)，与真空接触的内层玻璃管表面镀有低红外发射率的吸收膜(3)。
2、按权利要求1所述的热水器，其特征在于在真空夹层的一端有带消气剂的支撑架(5)。
3、按权利要求1所述的热水器，其特征在于蓄水筒与玻璃管之间有弹性垫圈(10)，蓄水筒两端有支承垫(12)、保温塞(8)和盖子(6)。
