本实用新型涉及光缆及通信电缆预留部分的保护装置,它包括盒体,在盒体内装有预留绕线骨架,预留绕线骨架上固定有挡线板,预留绕线骨架的上端穿过盒体上伸,并在其端面上固定有进出线架。用这种光缆预留保护盒存放光缆或电缆的预留部分,既安全,又美观。

光缆预留保护盒
本实用新型涉及光缆及通信电缆预留部分的保护装置。
通信传输系统都采用光缆远距离传输信号、市区用电缆传输信号,在铺设光缆或电缆时,为方便以后的维修,都要对光缆或电缆进行预留,一般是每2-3公里预留一次,其行业标准仅是对预留长度,弯曲的曲率半径有限定,而对预留部分的存放方式无明确限定,因此,绝大多数单位都采用简单绕挂的方式挂起或采用S弯埋于地下,其不足之处首先是很不安全,被盗和被意外事故破坏的现象多次发生,其次是不整齐美观,有损于城市的形象。
本实用新型的目是设计一种使光缆或电缆的预留部分的存放既安全又美观的光缆预留保护盒。
这种光缆预留保护盒包括由底盘和盒盖构成的盒体,在盒体的内腔中装有固定在底盘内表面上的预留绕线骨架,预留绕线骨架上固定有挡线板,预留绕线骨架的上端穿过盒体上伸、并在其端面上固定有进出线架,在盒盖靠近进出线架的部位设有进出线槽。
上述的预留绕线骨架为两根呈“十”字形的骨筋,挡线板对称地设置在每根骨筋的两端部位且呈直角形,进出线架为槽形体、其上设有安装孔。
使用时,先将进出线架固定在地井的井壁或线杆上,于是,底盘和预留线骨架、挡线板也随之吊起,再将预留的光缆或电缆经过进出线架后在挡线板上环绕,当环绕到规定的预留长度后再经进出线架引出,最后将盒盖装在底盘上。
采用这种光缆预留保护盒后,把光缆或电缆的预留部分环绕在盒体内,不外露,由盒体保护,即安全,又美观,有利于美化环境和市容,防止被盗和被意外事故破坏。
附图示出了光缆预留保护盒的实施例,在本实施例中,图1是光缆预留保护盒的主视图,图2是图1的A-A剖视图。由附图可知,光缆预留保护盒包括由底盘1和盒盖2构成的盒体,在盒体的内腔中通过螺丝8装有固定在底盘1内表面上的预留绕线骨架3,预留绕线骨架3为两根呈“十”字形的骨筋,在每根骨筋的两端部位对称地焊接固定有挡线板4,挡线板4呈直角形,预留绕线骨架3中的一根骨筋上端穿过盒体上伸、并在其端面上焊接固定有进出线架5,进出线架5为槽形体,其上设有两个安装孔6,在盒盖2靠近进出线架5的部位设有进出线槽7。

Claims (4)

1、一种光缆预留保护盒,其特征是包括由底盘(1)和盒盖(2)构成的盒体,在盒体的内腔中装有固定在底盘(1)内表面上的预留绕线骨架(3),预留绕线骨架(3)上固定有挡线板(4),预留绕线骨架(3)的上端穿过盒体上伸、并在其端面上固定有进出线架(5),在盒盖(2)靠近进出线架(5)的部位设有进出线槽(7)。
2、根据权利要求1所说的光缆预留保护盒,其特征是预留绕线骨架(3)为两根呈“十”字形的骨筋。
3、根据权利要求2所说的光缆预留保护盒,其特征是挡线板(4)对称地设置在每根骨筋的两端部位且呈直角形。
4、根据权利要求1所说的光缆预留保护盒,其特征是进出线架(5)为槽形体,其上设有安装孔(6)。
