Abstract

一种平面聚光板,由平面基板1和反光镜片2组成。反光镜片与平面基板呈不同的夹角,从而把光线反射到一点上,这种平面聚光板能代替抛物面太阳灶的作用,但制造过程很简单,造价低廉,容易普及推广。

平面聚光板
本实用新型是一种节能设备,即一种平面聚光板。
现有的太阳灶是一个抛物面。虽然,这种聚光板有很多优点,但是加工抛物面比较困难,普通家庭很难实现,因而限制了太阳灶的普及应用。
本实用新型的目的是研制一种加工简单,造价低廉的太阳灶。
技术方案,采用一个平面基板,在基板上固定与基板呈各种角度,且反光点重合在一点的反光镜片。
这种平面聚光板,单位面积聚光能力虽不如抛物面,但是,易于加工,普通家庭即可手工制做,可以做得很大或做许多个,同样可以实现太阳灶的功能,比较适合在我国农村普及应用。
下面结合附图介绍一种实施例:
图1是本实施例的主视图、图2是其俯视剖面图。
由图可见,这种聚光板是由平面基板1和许多玻璃片2组成的。平面基板1可做或圆型,亦可做成其他形状。上面可先分出多个圆。将玻璃镜片按各个圆依次固定在基板上,玻璃镜片与基板呈不同的角度,使反光点集中在一个点上,这样就可以做成一个平面聚光板。可以用来烧水做饭,甚至用来从事焊接或热熔工艺。
