Abstract
一种抽油烟机,包括由进风管、电机、风轮构成的油烟加速器及风帘,所述的油烟加速器设置在机壳的下方且通过进风管与机壳固定连接;所述的风帘分别埋设在机壳左、中、右侧边的壳槽内;所述的机壳壳体顶端设置一带有出风管的活性炭过滤网,且过滤网上的出风管与所述的延伸至机壳顶端过滤网的进风管相互平行。本实用新型能迅速吸排干净油烟,还没有环境污染。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种家庭厨房用具。尤其是一种抽油烟机。
目前的抽油烟机不但存在油烟不能迅速吸排干净的不足，而且由于排出的油烟里含有有害物质，还有污染环境的缺陷。
本实用新型的目的是针对上述缺陷，提供一种能迅速吸排干净油烟，对周围环境没有污染的抽油烟机。
本实用新型是这样实现的：它包括由进风管8、电机5、风轮6构成的油烟加速器4及风帘1、2、3，所述的油烟加速器4设置在机壳9的下方且通过进风管8与机壳固定连接；所述的风帘1、2、3分别埋设在机壳9左、中、右侧边的壳槽内；所述的机壳9，其壳体顶端设置一带有出风管10的活性碳过滤网7，且过滤网7上的出风管10与所述的延伸至机壳顶端过滤网7的进风管8相互平行。
本实用新型在使用时接通电源，机壳开始吸排作用，由于机壳左侧、右侧、前部的风帘的风轮同时转动向室内送风，故形成一三面罩式风墙，致使油烟被隔离在一定范围内，不能扩散，同时油烟加速器向上抽风造成局部对流，被隔离的油烟在吸排过程中呈自然上升状态，当升到油烟加速器以上时，由于机壳的吸排力，油烟加速器向上送风形成强烈对流，致使油烟加速上升，迅速被吸排到机壳，经活性碳过滤，油烟分离，有害物质被截住，无害气体被排出。这样，由于风帘形成的罩式风墙的存在，使得油烟不会扩散出去，故能基本全部吸出；油烟加速器形成的加速作用，使油烟能快速吸出；进风管上设有的活性碳过滤网使得排出的油烟得到净化，有效地提高了对城市环境保护的作用。进风管设有的活性碳过滤网使得进入房间的气体也得到净化。

附图中，9为抽油烟机机壳，在其内左侧埋设有左侧风帘1，右侧埋设有右侧风帘2，前部埋设有前沿风帘3。三个风帘由电机及风轮6组成。油烟加速器4由进风管8、小型电机5及风轮6组成，油烟加速器4位于机壳9下方与炉灶11上方之间约二分之一处，并可固定在墙壁上，油烟加速器4的进风管8向上穿过机壳9，与机壳9顶部的出风管10并列，且在机壳9顶部与出风管10和进风管8的连接处设有活性碳过滤网7。

1．一种抽油烟机，包括由进风管(8)、电机(5)、风轮(6)构成的油烟加速器(4)及风帘(1)、(2)、(3)，其特征是所述的油烟加速器(4)设置在机壳(9)的下方且通过进风管(8)与机壳固定连接；所述的风帘(1)、(2)、(3)分别埋设在机壳(9)左、中、右侧边的壳槽内；所述的机壳(9)，其壳体顶端设置一带有出风管(10)的活性碳过滤网(7)，且过滤网(7)上的出风管(10)与所述的延伸至机壳顶端过滤网(7)的进风管(8)相互平行。
