Abstract

一种轮式桨扇,属流体动力学装置,用于飞机轮船的推进、流体的输送和吹送等。其特征是该桨扇由桨叶及其旋转轴以及装于叶端外围的轮边构成。具有既可消除叶端损失和诱导阻力产生的损失,又可使桨叶的主要工作区从0.7叶长处扩展到叶端,而且叶端的压差大于0.7叶长处,旋转动力转化为推力的效率可提高40%以上,叶展短叶弦长桨叶薄,转速高,节省原材料,用途广,节能等优点。

Description

轮式浆扇
一种轮式浆扇,属于流体动力学装置技术领域,主要用于飞机、轮船的推进,流体的输送如轴流泵、轴流压气机和流体的吹送如风扇、通风机等。
在已有技术中只有由浆叶及其旋转轴所组成的普通浆扇。它的主要工作区在0.7叶长处,由于叶端效应,从0.7叶长处到叶端这一工作段叶面上的正负压差逐渐减小,到叶端降为零,即机械的旋转能量转化为流体的轴向动能的效率较低,叶端损失和诱导阻力损失严重,浆叶厚,原材料用量大。叶端正负压叶面之间以及与周围介质之间均无稳固的界面,易受外界条件影响。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能消除浆叶的叶端损失及诱导阻力产生的损失,使浆叶的主要工作区从0.7叶长处扩展到叶端而且叶端的压差大于0.7叶长处,提高转动力转化为推力的效率和结构强度,浆叶薄,叶展短,叶弦长,节省原材料,损耗小,转速高,用途广泛并可在超音速范围内应用的轮式浆扇。
根据流体力学的基本原理,针对已有技术中存在的主要问题,本实用新型的基本构思是在由浆叶及其旋转轴所组成的普通浆扇叶端外围增设一圈表面十分光滑与浆叶旋转轴同心的园形回转体形的轮边。
本实用新型所述的轮式浆扇,由浆叶1及其旋转轴2构成,其特征在于该轮式浆扇在上述的浆叶1的叶端外围还装有轮边3。
上述的轮边3为一表面光滑的园形回转体,它与上述的浆叶旋转轴2同心。
当本实用新型产品用作风扇时,其上述的轮边3上设有风扇减压孔4。
本实用新型的优点是:由于增设了轮边,可使浆叶施加于流体的力所做的功有效分量增加,无效分量减小,既消除了浆叶的叶端损失和诱导阻力产生的损失,又可使浆叶的主要工作区从0.7叶长处扩展到叶端而且叶端处的压差大于0.7叶长处,经试验验证将旋转动力转化为推力的效率可提高40%以上;同时该轮边还为叶端提供了一个稳固的界面,使浆扇的工作状态稳定并可预计和较准确的计算,随着叶端效应的消除,浆叶的展弦比不是影响浆扇效率的主要参数了,因而可以缩短叶展加长叶弦,减薄浆叶厚度,从而提高转速和效率;节省原材料;此外这种浆扇可用于各种需要将旋转力转化为推力或流体动能的场所,用途广泛,节省能源。

结合附图和最佳实施例将本实用新型的结构特征进一步描述如下:如附图所示,本实用新型由浆叶1及其旋转轴2以及装于浆叶1叶端外围与旋转轴2同心表面光滑且带有风扇减压孔4的轮边3。
作为本实施例的变更:
当用飞机、轮船的推进和流体的输送时上述的风扇减压孔4可以取销。

1、一种轮式浆扇,由浆叶【1】及其旋转轴【2】构成,其特征在于该轮式浆扇在上述的浆叶【1】的叶端外围还装有轮边【3】。
2、根据权利要求1所述的轮式浆扇,其特征在于上述的轮边【3】为一表面光滑的园形回转体,它与上述的浆叶旋转轴【2】同心。
3、根据权利要求1所述的轮式浆扇,其特征在于当用作风扇时,其上述的轮边【3】上设有风扇减压孔【4】。
