Description
本实用新型涉及一种滚筒或波盘洗衣机箱体。
洗衣机作为一种家用电器早已进入人类家庭。各种类型洗衣机的功能越来越齐全，使用也越来越方便，但普遍缺乏防噪音技术措施，因此洗衣机工作时噪声过大，影响周围生活环境。
本实用新型的目的是提供一种能有效降低洗衣机噪声的静音洗衣机箱体。
本实用新型是由左侧板1、右侧板2、前门板3、后侧板4、上盖板5和底架6连接组成的六面体、其主要特征是左侧板1、右侧板2、前门板3和后侧板4上分别设有吸音层7，底架6上设有隔音底板8。
由于本实用新型不但在箱体的各侧板和门板上增设有吸音层，而且在底架上设有隔音底板，使洗衣机电机及传动机构产生的工作噪音，被该吸音层及底板吸收，故本实用新型能有效地降低洗衣机噪声，改善周围环境。

本实用新型的实施例为滚桶式洗衣机箱体，所说的吸音层7为毛毡层或海棉层，该吸音层可予制成片材，再用强力胶粘贴在箱体内壁。固定在底架6上的隔音底板8可用金属或塑料板材制作，上壁部也可增设吸音层。
Claims (2)
1、一种由左侧板(1)、右侧板(2)，前门板(3)、后侧板(4)、上盖板(5)和底架(6)组成的静音洗衣机箱体，其特征为左侧板(1)，右侧板(2)、前门板(3)和后侧板(4)上分别设有吸音层(7)，底架(6)上设有隔音底板(8)。
2、按权利要求1所述的一种静音洗衣机箱体，其特征为所说的吸音层为毛毡层或海棉层。
