Abstract
本实用新型公开了一种床垫。该床垫由三层结构组成,处于最上层的安睡层上表面为不规则的凹凸不平的曲面,下表面为有规则的波浪形曲面,该曲面与中间的伸展层上表面相一致,中间层的下表面为平面,下表面上有若干均匀分布的半圆形透气孔,最下层的平衡层上、下表面均为平面,三层结构均采用塑料EVA发泡材料,并由专用胶水固定为一体。该床垫具有软硬适中,弹性良好,不宜变形,透气性好等优点。本实用新型主要适用于家庭、宾馆和医院。
Description
本实用新型涉及一种用片状部件加固的床垫，尤其涉及一种由成形的多层部件组合而成的床垫。
人生三分之一的时间都是在睡眠中度过的，睡眠能使人解除疲劳，恢复无气，睡眠质量的好坏对人体健康及工作效率影响很大，人的睡眠都是在床垫上度过的，经过人们长期的实践，发现睡眠质量的好坏与床垫的材料及设计方案关系很大。目前市场上销售和使用的床垫一种是由整块的海绵制成，另一种是由上下两块海绵垫加上中间均匀分布的弹簧组合而成，上述床垫主要存在以下缺点：1、床垫过于柔软，人睡在床垫上会使脊椎弯曲变形，脊椎的弯曲变形会阻碍人体内各神经系统的正常运行，长时间睡在上面会感到腰酸背疼，引起不良反应，甚至发生病变；2、床垫回弹性较差，由于人体有一定重量，人长时间睡在上面，床垫会发生很大变形，不能回复到原样，影响人体正常的睡眠姿势。
本实用新型的目的，是设计一种软中带硬，不易变形且能防止脊椎弯曲受压的床垫。
为实现上述目的，本实用新型的技术方案是，一种床垫，其特征在于：床垫由三层结构组成，处于最上层的安睡层的上表面设计为不规则的凹凸不平的曲面，下表面为规则的波浪形曲面，与中间的伸展层的上表面一致，并与伸展层的上表面紧密配合，伸展层的下表面为平面，其上若干还有均匀分布的向上凹陷的透气孔，处于最下层的平衡层上、下表面都为平面。
本实用新型的优点：1、弹性优良、软硬适中，可矫正睡眠时的不良姿势；2、透气性好、床垫冬暖夏凉；3、床垫能发挥指压代用效果，促进血液循环，消除疲劳，并能预防多种慢性疾病。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步详细描述。
图1是本实用新型床垫截面的结构示意图。
由图1可知，本实用新型包括三层结构，处于最上层的安睡层2有不规则的凹凸不平的上表面1，这种表面形状能防止床的皱乱，发挥指压代用效果，并能消除肌肉的酸痛，促进血液循环，安睡层2的下表面3为有规则的波浪形曲面，与中间的伸展层4上表面形状相一致，并紧密配合；伸展层4的下表面5为平面，在下表面5上有若干均匀分布且向上凹陷的半圆形透气孔6，有了这些透气孔，让人有冬暖夏凉的感觉，伸展层4的硬度设计成与人体肌肉的硬度相一致，以此来矫正不良的睡眠姿势，最下层的平衡层7上、下表面均为平面，该层结构能均衡地承受人体全身的重量。上述三层结构都采用望料EVA发泡材料，三层结构之间使用专用胶水固定为一体，这种床垫软硬适中，弹性良好，不宜变形，且有冬暖夏凉的感觉。
本实用新型适用于家庭、宾馆和医院。
Claims (5)
1、一种床垫，其特征在于：床垫由处于上、中、下三层结构的安睡层、伸展层和平衡层组成，三层结构之间用专用胶水固定在一起。
2、根据权利要求1所述的床垫，其特征在于：所述的床垫最上层的安睡层上表面为不规则的凹凸不平的曲面，下表面为有规则的波浪形曲面。
3、根据权利要求1所述的床垫，其特征在于：所述的床垫中间层的上表面与安睡层的下表面相一致，下表面为平面，在下表面上还有向上凹陷的若干均匀分布的半圆形透气孔。
4、根据权利要求1所述的床垫，其特征在于：所述的床垫最下层的平衡层的上、下表面都为平面。
5、根据权利要求1所述的床垫，其特征在于：所述的床垫的三层结构均采用塑料EVA发泡材料。
