Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种内固定接骨钢板,属于医用接骨器具。该固定钢板两侧边中部向腹面突出弧形翼卡,形成半环状,箍于断骨处,接骨钢板两端向腹面突出尖锐的爪棘,抓附于骨皮质防止钢板旋转,穿钉横穿腓骨下端到胫骨,固定确切、坚强,不须再前后打入拉力螺钉,临床使用有效、时省力,达到满意的设计效果。

内固定接骨钢板
本实用新型涉及医用接骨的器具,特别是一种内固定接骨钢板。
骨外科接骨钢板通常为不锈钢条状板材,开有螺孔。将接骨板置于断骨一侧,经螺钉固定,待骨伤愈合后可拆除钢板。腓骨远端(外踝)骨折时,骨折线呈斜形,通常用1-2枚拉力螺钉由前向后打入骨折部位,但此种固定多不坚强,操作繁杂,容易发生外踝外倾,或致严重后果。为防止发生外踝外倾可加用接骨钢板,除前后打入2枚螺钉外,至少还须2枚螺钉钉在腓骨上以防旋转。
本实用新型的目的就是为了提供一种固定确切、坚强,操作简捷的内固定接骨钢板。
本实用新型是按以下方案设计的。
本实用新型开有钉孔的条状不锈钢板材上于中部两侧向腹面突出弧形翼卡,形成半环状;接骨钢板两端向腹面突出尖锐的爪棘。
这样设计的内固定接骨钢板固定在外踝骨折断处,半环状的弧形翼卡卡置在近似冠状面骨折的两断端,螺钉经穿针孔固定,固定确切、坚强,不须前后再打入拉力螺钉,有效。省时、省力。钢板两端的爪棘可有效地防止钢板旋转,只用一枚横穿腓骨下端到胫骨的螺钉即可,保证了腓骨在胫骨沟内正常的位置。

内固定接骨钢板1为条状不锈钢板材,其上开有穿钉孔2,于钢板中部两侧边分别向腹面突出弧形翼卡3,形成半环状,以卡箍在骨折断处。该接骨钢板两直角端边的四个角各有一个向腹面突出的尖锐的爪棘4,抓附于骨皮质上,有效地防止钢板旋转。
也可于钢板一端为直角边的两个端角设爪棘4和另一端为锥顶的顶角上有一个向腹面突出的爪棘5。
这样设计的内固定接骨钢板在外踝骨折治疗中达到满意的治疗效果。

Claims (3)

1.一种内固定接骨钢板,由开有穿钉孔的条状不锈钢板材制成,其特征在于该接骨钢板中部两侧向腹面突出弧形翼卡,形成半环状;接骨钢板两端向腹面突出尖锐的爪棘。
2.根据权利要求1所述的接骨钢板,其特征在于两直角端边的接骨钢板四角各有一个向腹面突出的爪棘。
3.根据权利要求1所述的接骨钢板,其特征在于一端为直角边的两个端角设爪棘和一端为锥顶的顶角有一个向腹面突出的爪棘。
