Abstract
一种自动关门器(或称碰撞器),是日用产品。它不但可以自动关门,而且能够根据住户的需要,加大开门的推力,房门就不会自动关闭,具有两种功能。
Description
本实用新型属于日用产品，用于房门自动关门。
现有自动关门器(或称碰撞器)，由缸体、齿轮轴与齿条活塞传动副、杠杆、连杆、弹簧等零件组成。开门时的外力通过连杆和杠杆传递，齿轮旋转传动活塞齿条直线运动压缩弹簧，并储存能量。开门的外力撤消后，弹簧对齿条活塞施加推力，齿条活塞的直线运动使齿轮轴旋转，又通过杠杆和连杆传递弹力把门自动关好。由于有液压缓慢泄压机构，关门时没有很大的碰撞响声，关门速度缓慢且可调节。但当住户有时需要敞开门时，又得另想办法把门撑住不关，存在这一缺点，使住户感到有点不方便。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种能根据住户的要求，既能实现自动关门，又可敞开门，有两种功能的自动关门器。
下面结合附图对本实用新型的实施例进行详细描述和说明。

参看附图。自动关门器由缸体(4)、活塞齿条(3)、齿轮轴(2)、泄压调节螺钉(1)、弹簧(5)、杠杆(6)、连杆支座(7)和连杆(8)等组成。连杆支座(7)上装有一个弧形弹簧夹(9)，且弹簧夹在连杆支座上能进行一定范围的移动，调整极限角度。关门器的连杆支座用螺钉固定在门框上方，缸体固定在门页上方。门关着时，B面与A面重合，开门时外力对B面施加推力，门页上的缸体以O轴为旋转中心转动90°左右，门就会自动关上。若需门敞开不关，只要加大对B面的推力，门页转动超过一个极限角度时，连杆就会卡在弹簧夹中，门就不会自动关上。当需要自动关门时，只要在C面稍加大推力，将连杆从弹簧夹中拉出即可。
这种关门器，同时具备两种功能，能给住户带来方便，满足住户有时不需自动关门的要求。
Claims (2)
1、一种自动关门器，其特征在于固定在门框上方的连杆支座(7)上的连杆(8)，当开门时超过一定的旋转角度时，连杆(8)就会被连杆支座(7)上的可以调节移动的弹簧夹(9)卡住或吸住，连杆(8)就不能自动旋转。
2、根据权利要求(1)所述的自动关门器，其特征在于连杆支座(7)上的弹簧夹(9)可以在连杆支座(7)上进行一定范围的左右移动，调节卡住或吸住连杆(8)的旋转角度。
