本实用新型涉及一种既可以作为盛装液体的杯子、瓶子，又可以作为具有观赏价值的工艺品、玩具的低压沸腾器皿。
本实用新型的现有技术是市场很流行的真空保温杯，该杯具有内层、外层，且内、外两层抽成较高真空度，内、外两层一般用不透明的不锈钢材料，其主要特征是可以长时间保温，不具有观赏价值。
本实用新型目的是提供一种遇升温时夹层内液体既可沸腾的器皿。
本实用新型设计结构是：一种沸腾器皿，具有由外层、内层形成的密闭腔，外层是透明的且密闭腔内注有遇升温时沸腾的沸腾液。将内层制成透明的，沸腾液中混有不溶性悬浮物，这样，沸腾液沸腾时观赏价值更高。当然，还可以在沸腾液中加入染料，使整个器皿更美观。在具体制作过程中可以是内层被外层所包含，且内、外两层形成一个可容纳液体的空间，如饮水杯。也可以是外层在密闭腔附着在内层上并至少在底部与内层相通。如制成内层呈花瓶样，外层形成一个细管缠绕在内层表面，上可装有单向放气阀。根据密闭腔内沸腾液在1个大气压下沸点不同，密闭腔内可以稍高于1个大气压(如沸腾液乙醚)，等于1个大气压(如乙醇作沸腾液)或小于1个大气压(如水作为沸腾液)。
本实用新型优点是本器皿可做成饮水杯子、饮食的盘子或工艺摆设品如花瓶，也可以制成盛装液体的瓶子，如酒瓶，当本器皿遇升温时夹层密闭腔内液体即沸腾，既具有观赏价值和实用价值，而且还可作为某些物品如酒的防伪包装。

实施例1：用玻璃吹制成一个饮水杯，但应分成内层1和外层2，且两层中间形成密闭腔(3)，该密闭腔(3)抽成低气压(小于1个大气压)并注有水作为沸腾液(4)，即构成沸腾水杯，由于密闭腔内是低压，水的沸点被降至100℃以下，当饮水时倒入热水，即可观察到密闭腔内沸腾液开始沸腾，加之沸腾液中加入染料，并混入不溶性悬浮物，色彩斑澜，很具有观赏性，并且可以作为物理学教具使用。
实施例2：用玻璃制成一个酒瓶样子，与瓶体分为内层1、外层2，内、外两层中间形成一个密闭腔3且其中注有酒精作为沸腾液4，在密闭腔上装一个单向放气阀5可作为防伪酒瓶。当用热水浸酒瓶时乙醚即可沸腾，以此可作为防伪标志。
实施例3：内层1制成花瓶样，外层2缠绕在花瓶瓶体上，外层2形成一个细管状且内注有乙醚作为沸腾液4，沸腾液4中混有不溶性颜料悬浮形成微珠。当用手摸花瓶外层时，其内沸腾液开始沸腾，增强了花瓶动感和观察价值。

1、一种沸腾器皿，具有内层(1)和外层(2)及两者形成的密闭腔(3)，其特征在于外层(2)是透明的且密闭腔(3)内注有遇升温时可沸腾的沸腾液(4)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的沸腾器皿，其特征是内层(1)也可以是透明的。
3、根据权利要求1、2所述的沸腾器皿，其特征是沸腾液(4)中还可混有不溶性悬浮物(5)。
4、根据权利要求1所述的沸腾器皿，其特征是内层(1)被外层(2)所包含，且内、外两层形成至少一个可容纳液体的空间。
5、根据权利要求1所述的沸腾器皿，其特征是外层(2)可以是附着在内层(1)上并至少在底部与内层相通。
6、根据权利要求1、4、5所述沸腾器皿，其特征是密闭腔(3)上可装有单向放气阀(6)。
