高效节能白炽灯
本实用新型涉及照明领域,具体的说是一种高效发光的节能白炽灯。
目前社会使用的节能灯普遍采用管式结构,制造工艺复杂,成本高;普通白炽灯由于耗电高光效差,临近淘汰的境地。
本实用新型的目的是,通过改造白炽灯,设计一种新型的节能高效白炽灯。
本实用新型的技术方案是:一种高效节能白炽灯是有普通白炽灯与二极管构成,其特殊之处在于:一只普通标号110V的白炽灯串联一只二极管,接到220V的普通照明电路中,当交流照明电压(220V)被二极管削波后的半波平均电压为220V的0.45倍,即99V左右,电流为平均电流。当反向截止时电压的峰值可达输入电压的1.41倍,即310V左右,电流为整流后平均电流的3倍,白炽灯的功率增大了,由于白炽灯的光通量随功率的增大而增大,所以,白炽灯在这样的环境中工作,可以使光效率大幅度提高。此外,二极管正通、反止时产生的高压以脉冲形式激亮灯丝,其中有半周时间,灯丝处于息灭状态瞬时(1/100秒)的间歇工作,所以既不会影响照明效果,又不影响灯丝寿命。
由于采用上述技术方案,可以实现一种发光效率高,消耗电能低的白炽灯。

如图所示,若将“110V 25W”白炽灯1串联二极管2,接到220V的电源3中,交流照明电压被二板管削波后的平均电压为99V左右,白炽灯1的平均耗功率为20W左右,当反向截止时电压的峰值可达输入电压的1.41倍,即310V左右,电流为平均电流的3倍,此刻的白炽灯电功率可达180W左右,光照度可提高1.8倍。
