Abstract
本实用新型属于洁净工程中的密封窗,具有主体型材、型材扣条、密封胶条,其特征是主体型材和型材扣条均为凹圆弧形曲面,型材扣条具有弹性,两个侧边可弹性地扣入主体型材中,密封胶条内嵌在主体型材、型材扣条与玻璃之间,并在两种型材和玻璃之间上部的约0.5mm间隙充填玻璃密封胶,防止密封胶条造成的二次污染。
Description
本实用新型涉及洁净工程中的密封窗，特别是符合制药行业无尘无菌要求的装配式洁净室(或洁净厂房)专用密封窗。
目前装配式洁净厂房中密封窗墙体一般为50mm厚，玻璃5mm厚，窗台多为直面、斜面或凸面，直面或斜面不符合GMP国家药品管理法的规定，该规定要求房间内各处均应为圆角，而现在的窗玻璃均用外露的橡胶条密封，但橡胶表面不够光洁，而且易老化，在净化厂房内容易造成二次污染。凸形圆弧窗台虽克服了以上的某些弊端，但仍不符合卫生圆角的要求，且扣条难于拆卸，给玻璃更换造成麻烦。
本实用新型的目的在于将外露的橡胶条改为内藏式，将窗台及扣条改为凹形圆弧面，根除二次污染源。
本实用新型的解决方案是：将密封窗框做成具有凹圆弧形曲面，以符合卫生圆角的要求。
型材扣条改为凹圆弧面弹性扣条，两个侧边弹性地扣入主体型材的两条边内，可以方便地更换玻璃，
密封橡胶条置于主体型材和型材扣条内，两种型材与玻璃之间有约0.5mm的间隙，该间隙位于胶条上部，且有玻璃密封胶进一步密封。
本实用新型的优点是彻底避免了二次污染，确保了净化厂房的净化级别；取下型材扣条就可以方便地更换玻璃；外型美观提高了净化厂房的装修水平。
本实用新型的实施例由图1和图2说明，图1为洁净室隔墙密封窗示意图，图2为图1中小圆的局部放大图，其中(1)为密封窗主体型材，(2)为型材扣条，弹性地扣入主体型材(1)，(3)为两条内藏密封胶条，分别置于玻璃(5)的两面，并嵌入主体型材(1)和型材扣条(2)，为了防止密封胶条(3)外露和加强密封，在主体型材(1)和型材扣条(2)与玻璃(5)之间密封胶条(3)上部有0.5mm的间隙，用玻璃胶(4)填充，主体型材(1)和与其弹性地结合为一体的型材扣条(2)一起夹住玻璃构成密封窗，主体型材(1)夹住墙板(6)，使密封窗与墙板形成一个整体，成为装配式洁净厂房的一面墙，图2说明，主体型材(1)和型材扣条(2)均为凹圆弧形曲面。

1.一种密封窗，它具有主体型材(1)、型材扣条(2)、密封胶条(3)和玻璃(5)，其特征是主体型材(1)和型材扣条(2)均为凹圆弧形曲面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的密封窗，其特征是型材扣条(2)为具有弹性的型材，两个侧边弹性地扣入主体型材(1)的两条边内。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的密封窗，其特征是在主体型材(1)和型材扣条(2)与玻璃(5)之间内嵌密封胶条(3)，在主体型材(1)和型材扣条(2)与玻璃(5)之间有约0.5mm的间隙，在胶条上部此间隙内有玻璃胶(4)。
