Abstract

幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊是一根长线,一端为滞留端,另一端为采样端,其特征是采样端上设有采样线团,该线团由多根采样短线构成,各短线一端会集、固定在一起,另一端自由散开,其外部包有药用胶囊。病员吞下后,胶囊溶化,采样端吸收胃粘液,拉出后将线团放入培养基,即可检测。幽门螺杆菌自检测试盒是在一个盒中装有采样胶囊与尿素培养基,病员可在家里自己采样,取样后放入培养基,即可自己鉴定。

Description

幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊及自检测试盒
本实用新型涉及一种幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊及一种幽门螺杆菌自检测试盒。
幽门螺杆菌是胃炎、消化性溃疡等疾病的病源菌,检测幽门螺杆菌,在临床诊断与治疗各种肠、胃疾病中十分必要。幽门螺杆菌的诊断有血清学诊断、14C呼气试验等“非侵入式检查方法”,和在幽门部位直接采样的“侵入式检查方法”。目前非侵入式检查方法尚不能直接确认病源菌;而侵入式诊断中,现有技术主要是内窥镜钳取活组织样品,这种取样方法不仅使病员十分痛苦,而且会产生组织损伤,易引起并发症和交叉感染,费用也较高,所以很不理想,近年出现了一种“吞线采样法”,其工具是一根采样长线,一端为采样端,由病员吞入胃里,另一端为滞留端,留在病员口外,吞入的一端进到胃部幽门以后,会吸附、粘连胃幽门部的液样,抽出后放入幽门螺杆菌培养基分离培养,即可鉴定幽门螺杆菌。吞线法是一种无损伤性的侵入采样法,而且病员吞入一根长线,比吞入粗大的胃镜,痛苦要少得多,所以不失为一种较好的方法。但是,这种方法尚有一些不足:采样线细软绵长,不能保证其采样端进入到幽门部位,同时,一根采样线所采到的液样十分有限,线采集部位不明确,影响了采样的准确、可靠,也给后续的分离培养造成一定困难。
本实用新型的任务是对吞线采样法进行改进,保留其无损伤、痛苦少的优点,克服其不足,提供一种新的采样工具,它能使病员吞咽方便、无痛苦,同时又能较准确到达胃部幽门,较多地采到液样。
为完成上述发明任务,提出以下设计方案:一种采样线,其一端为滞留端,另一端为采样端,其特征是:采样端上设有一个采样线团,采样线团由多根采样短线构成,各采样短线一端会集、固定在一起,另一端自由散开,采样线团外部包有药用胶囊。本实用新型的这种新方案,可称为采样胶囊。病员吞下胶囊后,胶囊溶化,采样端吸收胃粘液,约半小时后,拉动滞留端,取出采样线团,将其吸收的粘液或整个采样线团,放入幽门螺杆菌培养基中分离培养,或进行分子生物学PCR基因检查和快速尿素酶试验,即可确认:有没有幽门螺杆菌的感染。本实用新型较优化的方案是:在一个盒中装有上述采样胶囊与幽门杆菌培养基,组成幽门螺杆菌的自检测试盒。其中培养基可采用尿素培养基,并加入指示剂,病员即可自行操作,在家里自己采样,样品放入培养基内,按指示剂的颜色确定幽门螺杆菌是否阳性,自己鉴定。在检测盒中再加入一把剪刀,可便于将采样线团剪下来放入培养基。
本实用新型提供了一种新的采样工具,使用前,采样线团被压紧在胶囊中,体积较小,外部又包有药用胶囊,使用时,病员象吃药一样吞下胶囊,十分方便、无痛苦。胶囊入胃后溶化,释放出采样线团,并散开。因采样线团较大,能较准确到达胃部幽门,又能较多地采到液样,为分离鉴定提供了较好的条件。用采样胶囊和尿素培养基组合成幽门螺杆菌自检盒,可让病员在家里自行检测,不仅方便,而且有利于普遍性的防病治病。
现结合附图与实施例作进一步说明。
图1为采样胶囊结构示意图。
实施例1,参照图1:一种幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊,采样线1为一根约1米长的线,其一端为滞留端2,另一端为采样端,采样端上设有一个采样线团3,采样线团由10-15根采样短线4构成,每根短线长1cm左右,各采样短线的一端会集、固定在一起,另一端自由散开,采样线团外部包有药用胶囊5。另外在胶囊中,可加入一个可消化的重物6,例如一粒炒熟的大红豆或压紧的炒面团,以利于胶囊在消化道内的下行。在采样线的滞留端,还可附一块胶布或胶纸7(透明胶、不干胶等),用以将滞留端固定在病员面部,以避免整条线被吞下。
实施例2,基本结构与上例相同,但采样线团的各条采样短线的会集端,所打线结的位置,彼此错开,以减小结扎体积,便于病人下咽。
实施例3,幽门杆菌自检测试盒。在一个盒中装有:实施例1所述的采样胶囊与尿素培养基(可装在小试管内),培养基中加有指示剂。这种组合成为一个自检盒。盒内还装有小剪刀。病员采样后,用剪刀剪下采样线团,放入培养基试管中,几分钟后,指示剂变色为阳性,说明胃内存在幽门螺杆菌,指示剂不变色为阴性。

1、一种幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊,设有一根采样线,其一端为滞留端,另一端为采样端,其特征是:采样端上设有一个采样线团,采样线团由多根采样短线构成,各采样短线一端会集、固定在一起,另一端自由散开,采样线团外部包有药用胶囊。
2、按照权利要求1所述的幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊,其特征是:采样线团上各条采样短线的会集端,所打线结的位置,彼此错开。
3、按照权利要求1或2所述的幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊,其特征是:在胶囊中,加有一个可消化的重物。
4、按照权利要求1或2所述的幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊,其特征是:在采样线的滞留端,附有一块胶布或胶纸。
5、一种幽门螺杆菌自检测试盒,其特征是:在一个检测盒中装有幽门螺杆菌采样胶囊与尿素培养基,培养基中加有指示剂。
6、按照权利要求5所述的幽门螺杆菌自检测试盒,其特征是:在检测盒中还装有剪刀。
