Abstract

本实用新型属于自控温节能电热坐垫的设计,其电加热片置于软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料之中,在电加热片的两端引出电加热片导体和连接电线,全部电气接头均用焊锡焊牢,再用热缩套管绝缘,最后引出电源接线,由于采用高分子自控温材料,所以升温快,温度能自限,达到设计温度后,进入稳定工作状态后,工作电流约200mA,输出功率与热量可以自动调节,连续工作一周时间用电量约二度。

本实用新型属于自控温节能电热坐垫的设计。
中国专利CN2088950U公开的坐垫其电热元件是用镍铬电热丝制成,用机动车的12伏与24伏电瓶作为加热电源,普通市售电热坐垫也是用镍铬电热丝制作发热部件,但采用220伏市电加热,它们制作过程较为复杂,耗电较多。
本实用新型的目的是设计一种以高分子自控温电加热片为电热元件,配以坐垫内衬与外套,利用机动车的12伏与24伏电瓶作为加热电源的自控温节能电热坐垫。
本实用新型的实施方案结合附图说明如下:

图1中,一对电加热片(1)彼此相距140mm,为长方形薄片,电加热片(1)的两端引出电加热片导体(4),导体(4)套入一段绝缘管(6),绝缘管(6)另一端接引导线(5),一对电加热片(1)两端各两条导线(5)分别合并,用一绝缘管(6)套裹,再接引导线(5),最后两端的两条导线(5)用绝缘管(6)套裹并接电源线(7),电源线(7)的端部接电源接线插座,一对电加热片(1)的上、下两面放置方形软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(2),方形坐垫外套(3)尺寸略大于聚氨酯泡沫塑料(2),套在(2)的外面。
本实用新型设计的电热坐垫可以配用12-30伏交直流电源,也可以使用机动车12伏/24伏电瓶(蓄电池),12伏交流变压器或12伏免维护铅酸蓄电池。
本实用新型由于采用高分子自控温材料,所以升温快,温度能自限,达到设计温度后,进入稳定工作状态,工作电流约200mA,输出功率与热量可以自动调节;连续工作一周时间用电量约二度。

Claims (1)

1.一种自控温节能电热坐垫,其特征在于一对电加热片(1)彼此相距140mm,为长方形薄片,电加热片(1)的两端引出电加热片导体(4),导体(4)套入一段绝缘管(6),绝缘管(6)另一端接引导线(5),一对电加热片(1)两端各两条导线(5)分别合并,用一绝缘管(6)套裹,再接引导线(5),最后两端的两条导线(5)用绝缘管(6)套裹并接电源线(7),电源线(7)的端部接电源接线插座,一对电加热片(1)的上、下两面放置方形软质聚氨酯泡沫塑料(2),方形坐热外套(3)尺寸略大于聚氨酯泡沫塑料(2),套在(2)的外面。
