本实用新型一体环式易拉瓶盖,由上盖、下盖、拉环、模塑胶垫、减力线组成。拉环在上盖上边,并与上盖连为一体,下盖镶嵌在上盖里,下盖中心开有凹型圆环,拉环设在凹型圆环上,模塑胶垫按在下盖下边,上盖有两条减力线,拉环外侧分别与两条减力线连接。该产品结构简单,特别适用于啤酒瓶盖,开启使用方便,易于和国内啤酒厂配套生产,不需改进设备。

Description

一体环式易拉瓶盖
本实用新型属于容器盖，特别适用于装啤酒的瓶子盖，是对现有易拉瓶盖的一种改进。
目前，现有种类的易拉瓶盖的拉环与罐头拉环都是用铆钉联结，其原材料需进口，造价高，皇冠盖成形容易，原材料国内可供应，造价低，但开启不方便。现发明的易拉瓶盖如专利号：ZL94213705.1，虽然解决和克服了上述缺点，但用于啤酒盖需要承受6个大气压的问题没有得到解决，国内啤酒厂生产现有的易拉瓶盖，输送设备需要改动。故实施生产较困难。
本实用新型的目的就是针对上述问题的不足和缺点，提供的一种一体环式易拉瓶盖，它开启方便，解决了啤酒盖需承受压力的问题，并且不需改动生产厂家设备，容易和国内啤酒厂配套生产。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的：一体环式易拉瓶盖由：上盖、下盖、拉环、模塑胶垫、减力线组成。拉环在上盖上边，并与上盖连为一体，下盖镶嵌在上盖里，下盖中心开有凹型圆环，拉环设在凹型圆环上，模塑胶垫按在下盖下边，上盖有两条减力线，拉环外侧分别与两条减力线连接。
本实用新型一体环式易拉瓶盖，结构简单，开启方便，特别适用于啤酒瓶盖，易于和国内啤酒厂配套生产，不需改进设备。

下面结合附图详细说明本实用新型的最佳实施例：一体环式易拉瓶盖由：上盖(1)、下盖(3)、拉环(2)、模塑胶垫(4)、减力线(5)组成。拉环(2)在上盖(1)上边，并与上盖(1)连为一体，下盖(3)镶嵌在上盖(1)里，下盖(3)中心开有凹型圆环，拉环(2)设在凹型圆环上，模塑胶垫(4)按在下盖(3)下边，上盖(1)有两条减力线(5)，拉环(2)外侧分别与两条减力线连接。
开启时，只要将瓶盖中心凹处的拉环轻轻的拉起，便在拉起的两侧形成裂纹，顺着减力线的方向扩展到底部，然后上盖与模塑胶垫便可一同脱落，瓶盖便将分离瓶口。

1、一种一体环式易拉瓶盖，由上盖(1)、下盖(3)、拉环(2)、模塑胶垫(4)、减力线(5)组成，其特征在于：拉环(2)在上盖(1)上边，并与上盖(1)连为一体，下盖(3)镶嵌在上盖(1)里，下盖(3)中心开有凹型圆环，拉环(2)设在凹型圆环上，模塑胶垫(4)按在下盖(3)下边，上盖(1)有两条减力线(5)，拉环(2)外侧分别与两条减力线(5)连接。
