Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种双锅筒横置式快装锅炉,它是在壳体内后端设有上锅筒和下锅筒,对流管束一端与上锅筒相连,另一端与下锅筒相连。下锅筒内两侧设有对称的喷射装置,喷射装置一端卡装于下集箱与下锅筒连接处,另一端通过法兰与回水管相连。该装置把强制循环与自然循环的优点结合起来,既提高了锅炉内循环水速,又可在停电时起到“自我保护”作用,同时降低了金属耗量。

本实用新型涉及一种双锅筒横置式快装锅炉。
目前,中国专利局于一九八七年一月十四日公告的“混合循环装置”的实用新型专利,该技术通过在上锅筒内两侧安装喷射装置,并且在锅炉两侧设置下降管,达到了有电时形成了强制循环,提高循环水速;无电时形成自然循环的目的,然而,上述“混合循环装置”金属耗量较大。
本实用新型的目的在于提供一种既能达到把强制循环与自然循环的优点结合在一起,又能降低金属耗量的混合循环装置。
为了达到上述目的,本实用新型提供一种混合循环装置,它是在壳体内后端设有上锅筒和下锅筒,对流管束一端与上锅筒相连,另一端与下锅筒相连,下锅筒内两侧设有对称的喷射装置,喷射装置一端卡装于下集箱与下锅筒连接处,另一端通过法兰与回水管相连。
本实用新型的优点:
(1)结构简单,不用使用下降管,降低金属耗量;
(2)能把强制循环与自然循环结合在一起。

由图1可知,本实用新型是在壳体1内后端设有上锅筒3和下锅筒6,对流管束2一端与上锅筒3相连,另一端与下锅筒6相连,下锅筒6内两侧设有对称的喷射装置5,喷射装置5一端卡装于下集箱4与下锅筒6连接处,另一端通过法兰7与回水管8相连。
工作原理:
热网回水经回水管进入喷射装置,以高速水流射入下集箱形成较高的流动压头,携带下锅筒的水一起流经水冷壁1,进入上锅筒3完成水循环。有电情况下喷射装置工作产生强制循环;无电情况下,上锅筒的水经对流管束3、下锅筒6、水冷壁1回到上锅筒形成自然循环,这样达到了有电时按技术要求提高水冷壁内循环水速,消除了“过冷沸腾”,解决了爆管问题;无电时形成自然循环起到停电保护作用。

1、一种混合循环装置,由壳体、上锅筒、下锅筒组成,其特征在于:在壳体(1)内后端设有上锅筒(3)和下锅筒(6),对流管束(2)一端与上锅筒(3)相连,另一端与下锅筒(6)相连,下锅筒(6)内两侧设有对称的喷射装置(5)喷射装置(5)一端卡装于下集箱(4)与下锅筒(6)连接处,另一端通过法兰(7)与回水管(8)相连。
