常见的自来水软笔以吸存碳素水为多见，不能代替中国传统的毛笔。目前，人们使用的毛笔都不能贮存墨汁，书写时要不断地吸沾墨汁，且必须带墨汁或墨盒，稍不注意，就会弄得到处是墨。
本实用新型的目的是克服毛笔不能贮存墨汁的不足之处，提供一种既保留传统毛笔特点，又携带、使用方便的存墨毛笔。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的。该存墨毛笔包括笔头、笔头坐、调节套、笔杆、进气堵漏管、笔杆堵头、堵头帽装置。笔杆是能贮存墨汁的空心杆，一头插入带有笔头和调节套的笔头坐。笔头坐上刻有墨汁凹槽。另一头套上笔杆堵头。笔杆堵头上戴有堵头帽，堵头帽和笔杆堵头上有进气孔及进气堵漏管。使用前，拨下堵头用吸管灌入笔杆的一半墨汁，套上堵头。这样，墨汁不会倒出，还能进入空气。调节套可调节书写时用墨的多少。
本实用新型改变了传统毛笔的结构，使用非常省事，且携带、保存方便。提高了毛笔书写速度。
