Abstract

海定格检测仪是一种检测青光眼及眼底黄斑组织病变的医用检测仪器,主要由均匀光源与旋转偏振片装于外壳内构成,改变旋转偏振片转速,在某一转速范围内,通过装于外壳面板上的视筒,便可在视筒的滤色镜上观察到偏振光旋转产生的海定格刷形图象,由此来检测人眼病症,本实用新型优点是结构简单,检测操作方便,检测过程费时少,且对被测者无不适影响,造价低,利于中、小型医疗单位普及使用,特别适用于农村医疗保健单位。

海定格检测仪
本实用新型是一种眼科医用检测仪器,特别是青光眼早,中期及眼底黄斑等组织病变诊断和检测仪器。
现有的眼科检测青光眼主眼底黄斑组织病变使用的仪器;是一种眼科多功能综合性检测设备,结构复杂,检测过程繁杂,检测操作时间长,易造成病人不适。且造价高,基层小型医疗单位不易普及。
本适用新型的目的在于设计一种结构简单,检测操作方便,费时少,对被检测者无不适影响,且造价低,易于普及使用的对大面积眼利普查如:青光眼及眼底黄斑组织病变检测仪。
木适用新型技术方案是海定格检测仪,是一种眼科医用检测仪器,它主要由光源和偏振片构成,在外壳内安装底座,底座上装有光源与偏振光腔,外壳面板上装视筒,偏振光腔与视筒中心轴线重合,在偏振光腔远离视筒的一端上装偏振片,光源位于偏振片一端外,在偏振光腔轴线上,光源为均匀光源,偏振片以其平面垂直线为轴线旋转。

本实用新型结合具体实施便参见附图进一步说明如下:
海定格检测仪,是一种眼利医用检测仪器,是一种利用偏振光旋转产生的海定格刷形图象来检测青光眼及眼底黄斑组织病变的人眼检测仪器,参见图1,它主要由光源与偏振片构成,在外壳[1]上装底座[12],底座[12]上分别装有白光源[2],乳白玻璃片[3],电动机[5];另有筒状偏振光腔[6]、藉助轴承及其支架[5]装于外壳[1]侧壁或底座[12]上,外壳[1]一端端面上安装圆筒状视筒[8],视筒[8]与偏振腔[6]中心轴线重合,视筒[8]内端装有兰色玻璃片作为滤色镜片[7],电动机[10]藉皮带轮组与偏振光腔[6]联接,电动机[10]与装于外壳[1]内的调速计数器[11]电联接,由其控制动转,在偏振光腔[6]远离视筒[8]的一端上装偏振片[4],偏振片[4]的平面垂直偏振光腔[6]的中心轴线,乳白玻璃片[3]和白光源[2]依次位于偏振光腔[6]的偏振片[4]一端外,在偏振光腔[6]的中心轴线上,乳白玻璃片[3]作为散光片,白光源[2]与乳白玻璃片[3]构成均匀乳白光源。
检查人眼病症时,人眼对准观察视筒[8],由调速计数器[11]控制电动机[10]变速转动,在某一转速范围内,人眼可在视筒[8]的滤色镜片[7]上观察到偏振光旋转时产生的海定格刷形图象,参见图2,以此来检测青光眼及眼底黄斑组织病变。
本实用新型的优点在于它结构简单,检测操作方便,检测过程费时少,且对被测试者无不适影响,其造价低,利于基层中、小型医疗单位普及使用,特别适用于农村医疗保健单位。

Claims (3)

1.海定格检测仪,它主要由光源和偏振片构成,在外壳内安装底座,底座上装有光源与偏振光腔,外壳面板上装视筒,在偏振光腔远离视筒的一端上装偏振片,光源位于偏振片一端外,在偏振光腔轴线上,其特征在于:
(1)偏振光腔与视筒中心轴线重合;
(2)偏振光片以其平面垂直线为轴线旋转;
2.根据权利要求1所述的海定格检测仪,其特征在于其视筒一端装有滤色镜片。
3.根据权利要求3所述的海定格检测仪,其特征在于其滤色镜片为兰色玻璃片。
