Description

一种脑颞叶部检测电极
本实用新型涉及一种与脑电图仪连接的、接收人脑生物信号的脑外科检测电极,特别是一种确定颞叶区间癫痫病灶的检测电极。
在治疗癫痫病人的手术前,需要对病灶源精确定位。现有的检测电极体积大,在检测颞叶区间病变信号时,必须将电极从枕部插入脑内,到达颞叶区间,对脑组织损伤大,操作不方便,给患者带来较大痛苦。
本实用新型的目的是,提供一种体积小、操作简便、能从耳部开口直接放入脑颞叶部的检测电极。
本实用新型的技术解决方案如下:一种脑颞叶部检测电极,其组成包括硅胶膜载体,固定在载体上的电极子,与电极子固定连接的镀绝缘层的金属丝,连接金属丝的插头,其特征是硅胶膜载体呈扇形,电极子在载体上横向排列,电极子呈草帽形状,其帽檐嵌装在载体中,其帽顶触头露出载体表面。
下面参照附图并结合实施例对本实用新型进行详细描述。

如图1和图2所示,本实用新型脑颞叶部检测电极的组成包括呈扇形的硅胶膜载体2,固定在载体2远心端且横向排列的电极子1,与电极子1固定连接的镀绝缘层的金属丝3,连接金属丝3的插头4。电极子1呈草帽形状,其帽檐嵌装在载体中,其帽顶触头露出载体表面。实施例中,将一排4个电极子的金属导丝3合并与一个插头4连接。电极子帽檐直径约为4mm,帽顶直径约为2.5mm,厚度约为0.1mm。
本实用新型可以把多个电极子横向一次封装在厚度仅为1mm左右的硅胶膜载体上,公差小于0.04mm,整体一致性好,表面光滑、柔软,可以无损伤地从耳部开口直接插入脑组织颞叶区间。由于电极子横向排列,体积小,检测点多,诊断准确率高,可达100%,操作简便,缩短检测时间,减少患者痛苦。本实用新型可在某些方面替代脑深部多极电极,用于脑组织其它部位检测。
