本实用新型涉及一种厨房用具，特别涉及一种夹食品用夹具。
目前，市面上常见的用来夹食品的夹具或家中厨房用夹具多为竹制夹子或金属制夹子。竹制夹子承受力较差，使用寿命较短；而不锈钢等金属制品夹子在手握处由于直接为金属，无专用手把，使用时往往给人以冰凉等不舒适感觉。现有的竹制夹子或金属夹子的功能也比较单一。
本实用新型的目的是针对现有夹具的不足之处，提供一种使用方便、手感舒适、功能多样的厨房用夹具。
本实用新型的技术方案是这样的。该厨房用夹具包括夹板和弧状连接片。夹板可选用一定厚度的不锈钢材料，以提高其夹持承受力。为了使夹具使用方便，在两对称的夹板之间装有弹簧。为了使手握夹板处有舒适感，在夹板上装有手把。为使人们刮鱼鳞方便，夹板上有一段刮鱼齿。夹板上还设置有启盖口，以方便于开启瓶盖。
该厨房用夹具功能多样，除夹持食品，还具有刮鱼鳞和开启瓶盖的功能，且使用方便、舒适，可广泛适用于家庭厨房使用。

如图1所示，本实用新型包括夹板(1)和弧状连接片(8)，两对称的夹板(1)通过弧状连接片(8)相连接。两夹板(1)之间装有弹簧(7)，以方便两夹板的开合。为使夹具手持舒适，以避免凉、热等不适感觉，在夹板(1)上装有手把(6)，手把材料可为塑料、橡胶、木质材料。夹板(1)上有一段刮鱼齿(4)，刮鱼齿为锯齿状，便于人们刮鱼鳞时使用。夹板(1)上设置有启盖口(2)，可用于开启酒瓶盖和饮料瓶盖。夹板(1)的前段有一圆弧段(5)，该圆弧段可便于人们辅助切割用。夹板(1)的端部有夹压头(3)，以提高夹持物品的牢靠度。本实用新型的夹板(1)可采用不锈钢板冲压成型，弧状连接片(8)可采用耐折和弹性好的金属材料，与两夹板(1)铆接。弹簧(7)与夹板(1)可采用焊接方式连接。若为塑料或橡胶材料的手把(6)可采用模压方式与夹板(1)一体成型。
