Abstract

本实用新型公开了一种伞巢结构,为日常生活所用之伞的构件。它的主要结构是,伞巢本体中部有中孔(52)、(72)而侧面有缺口(51)、(71),该伞巢本体由上、下巢体(5)、(7)叠合组成,分别位于上、下巢体(5)、(7)底、顶面缺口部位的环槽(50)、(70)所成圆槽中的环圈(6)有搭接头(60),该搭接头(60)用插销(61)连接。伞骨(3)的端部小圆环(31)穿接在环圈(6)上并由缺口(51)、(71)定位,采用高频电流之热合工艺使上、下巢体(5)、(7)结合成整体。有使用安全、可自动化大量生产等特点。

Description

伞巢
本实用新型涉及日常生活所用的雨伞,进一步是指连接伞骨用的伞巢,为雨伞的构件。
现有技术的雨伞伞巢为一整体件,它如图1所示,系在本体(1)外侧壁开设一置铁丝槽(10),铁丝(2)置于其中并用手工扭紧而留有扭紧端(20),伞骨(3)之端部经缺口(11)或有端孔穿在铁丝(2)上或有端钩(30)挂接在铁丝(2)上。由此产生的缺陷有:铁丝扭紧端(20)易于在使用伞时刺破手部皮肤,生锈端还可能引起感染;扭紧端(20)由于是手工完成不利提高生产效率,难以自动化大批量生产;铁丝(2)用后废弃难以回收,污染环境且浪费资源;伞巢在伞杆上有三处部位需使用,各处结构有所不同而要分别制造,使生产复杂化,还增加了生产成本。
本实用新型的目的是,设计一种伞巢,用工程塑料制作,有使用安全不刺手、结构性能好、便于自动化大批量生产的特点,同时利于回收。
本实用新型的技术方案是,它有伞巢本体,其中部有用以穿过伞杆的中孔而侧面有用以容置伞骨端部小圆环的缺口,其结构特点是,所述伞巢本体由上巢体和下巢体叠加组成,上巢体底面缺口部位有环槽,下巢体顶面缺口部位有与上巢体环槽对应的环槽,用以将伞骨端部小圆环穿按其上后置于由所述环槽组成的圆槽中的环圈有搭接头,该搭接头用插销穿进其上的小孔使之连接。
以下结合附图做出进一步说明。

由图2和图3可知,本实用新型有伞巢本体,其中部有用以穿过伞杆(4)的中孔(52)、(72)而侧面有用以容置伞骨(3)端部小圆环(31)的缺口(51)、(71),其设计特征是,所述伞巢本体由上巢体(5)和下巢体(7)叠加组成,上巢体(5)底面缺口部位有环槽(50),下巢体(7)顶面的缺口部位有与上巢体(5)之环槽(50)对应的环槽(70),用以将伞骨(3)端部小圆环(31)穿接其上后置于由所述环槽(50)、(70)组成的圆槽中的环圈(6)有搭接头(60),该搭接头(60)用插销(61)穿进其上的小孔使之连接。
本实用新型的设计原理及使用过程是(参见图3),将伞骨(3)的端部小圆环穿套在环圈(6)上并在缺口(51)、(71)中定位,环圈(6)的搭接头(60)用插销(61)连接后置于在上巢体(5)和下巢体(7)叠合后由所述环槽(50)、(70)组成的圆槽中,然后用加高频电流之工艺方法使上巢体(5)和下巢体(7)结合为一体。
由以上可知,由此而成的本实用新型伞巢不再出现已有技术之铁丝扭紧端(20)可能刺伤手的情况而使用安全,采用工程塑料制造使其结构性能好并可自动化大批量生产,又有利于资源回收。这种结构还可在伞杆(4)之三处使用部位进行使用。
实施例:按照附图2和3及上述结构的本实用新型伞巢,各构件均采用ABS工程塑料为原材料并用模具成型,采用高频电流热合工艺使上、下巢体(5)、(7)结合,具体尺寸根据已有技术之伞体确定。

1、一种伞巢,有伞巢本体,其中部有用以穿过伞杆(4)的中孔(52)、(72)而侧面有用以容置伞骨(3)端部小圆环(31)的缺口(51)、(71),其特征是,所述伞巢本体由上巢体(5)和下巢体(7)叠加组成,上巢体(5)底面缺口部位有环槽(50),下巢体(7)顶面的缺口部位有与上巢体(5)之环槽(50)对应的环槽(70),用以将伞骨(3)端部小圆环(31)穿接其上后置于由所述环槽(50)、(70)组成的圆槽中的环圈(6)有搭接头(60),该搭接头(60)用插销(61)穿进其上的小孔使之连接。
