Abstract

一种无接缝大屏幕电视显示屏,它由显像管、荧光屏、接缝垫条、光导纤维组成,其特征在于:它是利用光导纤维将荧光屏上的像点传送到另一端所组成的无接缝的大屏幕显示屏上,从根本上解决了现有拼接式大屏幕显视屏存在接缝,使得荧光屏上的图形不连续的问题,且制造安装简单,造价低廉,广泛适用于各种使用大屏幕显示屏的场所。

无接缝大屏幕电视显示屏
一种无接缝大屏幕电视显示屏,属电视输出系统领域。
目前,由于显像管的材料强度和制作工艺等因素,使显视屏的大小受到一定的限制。但在有些场所需要采用特大显视屏幕时,大多都是采用多个显像管拼接组合而成,它虽比采用液晶显视屏制造工艺简单,价格低,但在拼接组合时,相邻的荧光屏之间存在着因显像管管壁的厚度而出现的接缝,使得整个大屏幕显视的图像没有连续性、视感效果差。
为解决上述问题,有的采用扩大单个显像管的尺寸或减薄显像管的壁厚等办法,这虽然能减少接缝的宽度和数量,但不能彻底解决无接缝的问题;有的采用由GRT像素管组成的大屏幕,虽然解决了无接缝的问题,但其清晰度,对比度都比采用显像管拼接的大屏幕要差,且造价高。
本实用新型的目的在于:提供一种在现有采用显像管拼接的大屏幕的基础上,利用光导纤维,在显像管的荧光屏上的每条扫描线的每个像点上,至少放置一根或一根以上的光导纤维,光导纤维将显视屏的图像传送到另一端,而组成一个完全没有接缝的大屏幕显视屏。
本实用新型的优点是:解决了现有大屏幕显视屏采用多个显像管拼接组合而存在有接缝的问题,且只需在现有拼接的大屏幕显视屏上改装,制作工艺简单,造价低廉。
本实用新型的技术解决方案是:一种无接缝大屏幕电视显示屏,它由显像管1、荧光屏2、拼接缝3、接缝垫条4,光导纤维5组成,其特征在于:由显像管1上的荧光屏2拼接而成的大屏幕的显视屏的拼接缝3上,装有凸起的,横截面呈三角形的接缝垫条4,在荧光屏2的表面粘接有与接缝垫条4表面斜度方向一致的数根光导纤维5。
下面结合附图对本实用新型作进一步的描述如下:

本实用新型是在现有采用多个显像管拼接的大屏幕显视屏的结构上改进而成的。现有的采用多个显像管拼接的大屏幕显视屏,因其受安装和显像管壁厚等因素的影响,相邻的荧光屏之间不可避免地存在着一条接缝,由于接缝的存在,使得整个大屏幕显示的图像没有连续性。本实用新型是在现有拼接的大屏幕的显像管1上的荧光屏2的拼接缝3上,装上接缝垫条4,接缝垫条4的截面呈三角形其底边与荧光屏4的接缝宽度相同,将接缝垫条4固接好后,再将光导纤维5按其荧光屏2上的每条扫描线的每个像点的位置,至少放置一根或一根以上的光导纤维5,光导纤维5的放置方向为沿其接缝垫条4的表面的斜度方向,顺次粘接,使其成为一个整体平面,则原荧光屏2上的像点通过光导纤维5的接触端传入另一端,因为光导纤维5的另一端的各端点所组成的是一个无接缝的完整的平面,所以荧光屏2上有接缝的图像通过光导纤维5传送到另一端后,既不改变原有的图形,又使得原有的显示屏上有接缝不连续的图形变为整体的连续图形,从而从根本上解决了拼接式大屏幕显视屏存在接缝的问题。

  1. 一种无接缝大屏幕电视显示屏,它由显像管1、荧光屏2、拼接缝3、接缝垫条4,光导纤维5组成,其特征在于:由显像管1上的荧光屏2拼接而成的大屏幕的显视屏的拼接缝3上,装有凸起的,横截面呈三角形的接缝垫条4,在荧光屏2的表面粘接有与接缝垫条4表面斜度方向一致的数根光导纤维5。
