Abstract

本实用新型提供一种多功能抓物夹结构,其主要是在挠性套筒上套滑一磁吸元件,其中该磁吸元件是由一套缘所包覆,且套缘向上延伸呈一定位套体,该套固定位于把体底部或挠性套筒的圈容部末端凸缘上,以促使其达到多功能取物并增加抓物能力的实用目的。

本实用新型提供一种多功能抓物夹结构,其主要是由一磁吸元件配合包覆的套缘所延伸的定位套体,该套固定在把手底部或挠性套筒的圈容部上,以促使其达到多功能抓物并增加抓物能力的实用目的。
按,抓物夹在使用上已逐渐普遍,是一种方便抓物在手够不着或易于发生危险的地方,然而一般的抓物夹却普遍存在着一些共同的缺点:
1.其夹爪所能夹取或钩持的重量有限,对于过重的物体缺乏有力的定位支撑,而使夹取不易。
2.夹爪所夹取的物品若过大,因其夹取定位的功能不足,容易在移动中因晃动而再度落下。
因此,如何开发一种更具方便性与实用性的抓物夹结构,是使用者一致企盼的新一代产品。
本实用新型的主要目的是在提供一种多功能抓物夹结构,它由一磁吸元件配合包覆的套缘所延伸的定位套体,该套固定在抓物夹把体底端或挠性套筒的圈容部上,以促使其达到多功能抓物并增加抓物能力的实用目的。

首先,请先参阅图1、2和3,本实用新型提供一种多功能抓物夹结构,其有一顶端具有掣钮(11)的杆体(12),其末端固设有数支弹性撑张的爪片(13),该杆体(12)上依序套设有一压缩弹簧(14)及一挠性套筒(15),其中挠性套筒(15)顶部固设有一把体(16),底部配合收合爪片(13)呈一圈容部(17),其主要特征在于:挠性套筒(15)上可套滑一磁吸元件(18),而该磁吸元件(18)是由一套缘(19)所包覆,其中套缘(19)向上延伸呈一定位套体(20),该套固定在把体(16)底部或挠性套筒(15)的圈容部(17)末端凸缘(21)上,得促使其达到多功能抓物并增加抓物能力的实用目的。
上述已将本实用新型的构造、特征及其组合的相关位置作一详述。为使本实用新型的目的、特征及功效更加卓著,以下就其实施例及预期达到的功效、优点作一说明:
如图4和图5所示,本实用新型抓物夹(10)在抓物时,是先扣定把体(16)并将掣钮(11)向其压动,迫使压缩弹簧(14)收缩,杆体(12)末端爪片(13)滑出于挠性套筒(15)的圈容部(17),由自身弹性撑张而可钩夹物品,此时如图5所示,得先将磁吸元件(18)滑设于挠性套筒(15)的圈容部(17)末端凸缘(21)上,并籍包覆套缘(19)的定位套体(20)定位其上,使物品受磁吸元件(18)拉引,以方便手部对掣钮(11)松放后,压缩弹簧(14)自动撑张动作掣钮(11)引动杆体(12)向上,爪片(13)缩入圈容部(17)受其圈设而收缩抓物时,能有效正确且稳固的抓定物品,同时由磁吸元件(18)的磁力拉引得减轻爪片(13)的负荷,而大幅提升抓物的能力;又对于不易抓取且容易晃动的过大物品,亦得达到稳定辅助抓物的功用,尤其针对片状物品,得完全由磁吸元件(18)达到取物的功能,以撤底达到多功能抓物的实用目的;另磁吸元件(18)不使用时,仍得藉包覆套缘(19)的定位套体(20)定位于把手(16)的底部,得使抓物夹(10)仍能不藉磁吸元件(18)的辅助而抓取物品,供使用者选择性的使用。
综上所述,本实用新型提供一种多功能抓物夹结构,其确已达到本创作之所有目的,另其组合之空间型态未见于同类产品,亦未曾公开于申请前,已符合专利法之规定,故依法提出申请。

1.一种多功能抓物夹结构,其有一顶端具有掣钮的杆体,其末端固设有数支弹性撑张的爪片,该杆体上依序套设有一压缩弹簧及一挠性套筒,挠性套筒顶部固设有一把体,底部配合收合爪片呈一圈容部,其特征是:挠性套筒上可套滑一磁吸元件,而该磁吸元件由一套缘所包覆,其中套缘向上延伸呈一定位套体,该套缘固定在把体底部或挠性套筒的圈容部末端凸缘上。
