Abstract

一种卷闸门锁,该卷闸门锁是由锁盒、锁盖、锁体、锁芯、左右二根锁杆组成。其中在锁芯的尾端设有一个齿轮,齿轮与设在锁杆上的齿条相配合,在每根锁杆上设有长度较长的锁销固定螺栓,在锁杆的锁销固定螺栓与锁盒之间处设有弹簧。该卷闸门锁与现有的卷闸门锁相比,具有使用方便,特别是从屋内开门及不论是在屋内或屋外关门时都不需使用钥匙的特点。该卷闸门锁可安装在各类的卷闸门上。

Description

卷闸门锁
本实用新型属于一种锁，特别是一种装在卷闸门上的锁。
现有的卷闸门锁，不论是在开门时，还是在关门时都必须要使用钥匙，这在使用中有不便之处。
本实用新型的任务是针对现有的卷闸门锁所存在的上述不足之处，提供一种在关卷闸门时不需使用钥匙就可将卷闸门锁锁上的卷闸门锁。
本实用新型的任务是以如下方式完成的：卷闸门锁是由锁盒、锁盖、锁体、锁芯、左右二根锁杆组成。其中在锁芯的尾端设有一个齿轮，齿轮与设在锁杆上的齿条相配合，在每根锁杆上设有长度大于6厘米的锁销固定螺栓作为拉动锁杆的手柄，在锁杆的锁销固定螺栓与锁盒之间处设有弹簧。从屋外开门时，将钥匙插入锁芯的钥匙孔内转动钥匙就可打开卷闸门。从屋内开门时，只要拉动作为锁杆上手柄的锁销固定螺栓即可使锁杆缩回将锁打开。不论是在屋内或屋外关门时都不需使用钥匙。
本实用新型与现有的卷闸门锁相比，由于采用了在锁芯的尾端固定一个与设在锁杆上的齿条相配合的齿轮，并在每根锁杆上设有长度较长的锁销固定螺栓作为拉动锁杆的手柄，使本实用新型具有使用方便，特别是从屋内开门门时，只要拉动作为锁杆上手柄的锁销固定螺栓即可使锁杆缩回将锁打开，同时不论是在屋内或屋外关门时都不需使用钥匙的特点。本实用新型可安装在各类的卷闸门上。

卷闸门锁是由锁盒(1)、锁盖(2)、锁体(3)、锁芯(4)、左右二根锁杆(6)组成。在锁芯(4)的尾端设有一个齿轮(11)。齿轮(11)与设在锁杆(6)上的齿条(10)相配合。在每根锁杆(6)上设有长度为7厘米的锁销固定螺栓(8)，在锁杆(6)的锁销固定螺栓(8)与锁盒(1)之间处设有弹簧(13)。锁盖(2)通过锁盖固定螺栓(12)固定在锁盒(1)上。

1、一种卷闸门锁，其特征在于该卷闸门锁是由锁盒(1)、锁盖(2)、锁体(3)、锁芯(4)、左右二根锁杆(6)组成，其中在锁芯(4)的尾端设有一个齿轮(11)，齿轮(11)与设在锁杆(6)上的齿条(10)相配合，在每根锁杆(6)上设有锁销固定螺栓(8)，在锁杆(6)的锁销固定螺栓(8)与锁盒(1)之间处设有弹簧(13)。
2、根据权利要求1所述的卷闸门锁，其特征在于设在每根锁杆(6)上的锁销固定螺栓(8)的长度大于6厘米。
3、根据权利要求1或2所述的卷闸门锁，其特征在于锁盖(2)与锁盒(1)之间通过锁盖固定螺栓(12)固定在一起。
