微孔渗灌、滴灌多用管是针对目前市场上渗灌或滴灌设施的不足,提供的一种经特殊配方和工艺制成的管壁上自然形成无数细小弯曲不规则微孔的橡塑复合管,既可达到渗水均匀的效果,又能有效地防止泥沙及农作物根须堵塞。

本实用新型所属技术领域为灌溉装置。
目前,市场上采用的渗灌或滴灌管几乎全部采用在塑料软管上人工打孔的方法制作,工艺繁琐,渗水不均,土壤表层板结,地理后泥沙及植物毛细根须极易堵塞孔眼,造成灌溉设施报费;美国生产的渗灌管价格昂贵,且使用时所需水压较高,不易推广应用。
本实用新型的目的是要提供一种不用人工打孔,深埋不易被泥沙及农作物根须堵塞的渗灌、滴灌多用管。
本实用新型的目的是这样实现的:将特殊配制的橡塑复合材料经特殊工艺制成的微孔渗灌、滴灌多用管,管壁上自然形成了无数细小弯曲不规则的微孔,既可达到渗水的效果,又能有效地防止泥沙及农作物根须的堵塞。
本实用新型具有成本低,渗水均匀,渗水孔不易被泥沙及植物根须堵塞,适应性强,节水、节能、增产效果显著的特点。

下面结合图1~3实施例详细说明本实用新型的结构:
本实用新型呈中空管状结构,管壁分做管壁外层[1]、管壁中间层[2]和管壁内层[3],管壁外层[1]组织结构较为密实,其外表较为光滑,但布满了无数不规则的微小细孔,管壁中间层[2]有许多蜂窝状或孔状结构,管壁内层[3]较为粗糙,凹凸不平且凸起凹陷的形状、大小、高低、深浅极不规则,管壁内层[3]、管壁中间层[2],管壁外层[1]相互熔合为一体,共同构成管壁,这样,当水在管内通过时,水便由管壁三层中自然形成的无数弯曲、不规则的细微通道中渗出,达到渗水目的。

1.微孔渗灌、滴灌多用管包括结构:管壁外层[1]、管壁中间层[2]和管壁内层[3],其特征是经特殊配方和工艺制取的橡塑复合管管壁外层[1]组织结构较为密实,外表较为光滑,但布满了无数不规则的微小细孔,管壁中间层[2]有许多蜂窝状或孔状结构,管壁内层[3]较为粗糙,凹凸不平且凸起凹陷的形状、大小、高低、深浅极不规则,管壁内层[3]、管壁中间层[2]、管壁外层[1]相互熔合为一体,共同构成管壁。
