鸡肉剪刀
本实用新型涉及一种鸡肉剪刀刀柄的结构改进。
传统鸡肉剪刀由刀刃部、剪刃部及各自的刀柄一体成型锻造而成，两刀柄外围各设一塑胶保护套，两刀柄分别由刀刃部、剪刃部一体延伸，且直接延伸至与刀柄的保护套长度齐，但真正用于剪鸡肉的部分是刀刃部和剪刃部，长刀柄及其保护套的设置反而增加了材料、成本和重量，甚至由于保护套不耐高温，加上护套前端与刀刃部、剪刃部成垂直状态，致使汁液滞留藏污纳垢的情况发生，而且也不易清洗，既影响剪刀的美观又不卫生。
鉴于上述，本实用新型将提供一种重量轻、耐高温及卫生美观的鸡肉剪刀。
为达此目的，本实用新型采用以下技术方案：

请参阅附图，本实用新型由金属质(不锈钢)的刀刃部1、剪刃部2及刀柄3组成，刀刃部1与剪刃部2相铰接，刀刃部1的刀柄32是由两个带内槽的半刀柄结合而成的中空刀柄，剪刃部2的刀柄31是由两个带内槽的长圆形半刀柄结合而成的中空刀柄，上述半刀柄均由刀柄模冲压而成。将刀刃部1与剪刃部2置于预先制成的模具中，使刀刃部1的末端和剪刃部2的末端分别与各自的刀柄32、31焊接，然后将两焊接处均研磨修饰成弯弧面状。
刀刃部1与其刀柄32焊接处以及剪刃部2与其刀柄31焊接处都很光滑，不易沾污，中空的刀柄3重量轻，该剪刀不用塑胶保护套，可以耐高温。
